实施创新教育的途径有多种,我们的实验研究表明:以中学校本课程形式设立的“创新思维训练”课程,是培养学生创新意识和创新精神、提高学生创新思维能力的一种有效的方式。“创新思维训练”课程是指:根据初中学生的心理发展水平和实际能力,把课堂教学和学生个体的创新活动相结合,系统地给学生讲授创造学的基础知识、基本原理和创新思维的主要形式,并通过典型范例和组织学生进行创造性研究活动,培养学生的创新精神和创新思维能力的过程。这是一门将学生创新实践活动与课堂教学融为一体的活动课程。其教学目的是让学生了解创新的重要意义,认识到人人具有创造的潜力;使学生获得有关发明与创造的启蒙教育,学到一些基本的创造发明技法,在实践活动中体验创新的乐趣和成功的喜悦,从而培养学生的创新意识和创新精神;使学生了解创新思维的主要形式,并通过训练,培养学生思维能力的流畅性、灵活性和独创性品质。 “创新思维训练”课程的教学本身就是一种创造性活动,没有固定的模式和一成不变的方法。但是,在实施过程中,为达到预期的教学目的,完成预定的教学计划,从总体上统一教师的教学行为,我们编制了统一的教学材料和教学内容,确定了开放性的“双向五环节”课堂操作模式。该课程的主要教学内容分为十个单元。为检测教学效果,在开设“创新思维训练”课程前后,进行创新思维意识和创新思维能力的前测与后测,并将检测结果进行统计分析。本课程教学对象为初一年级学生,教学周期为一个学年,每周一课时进行班级授课,布置一些创作活动课题让学生进行课后的个体创新活动。以《创新思维训练学业成绩评价量表》的评分作为学生学习该课程的终结性评价。 实验结果表明,这一课程的开发与实施,是培养学生创新意识和创新精神的一条捷径,在提高学生创新思维能力方面效果显著,很受学生欢迎。同时也表明,在基础教育阶段实施创新教育,依然是任重而道远,它还亟待适合中小学教育实际的创新理论的指导和教师整体素质的提高;同时,还需要一批有志于此的、具有开拓精神和创新能力的一线教师发挥先导者和领航者的作用。
An Experimental Research Report on Opening of Innovation Thinking Training Course in Middle SchoolAbstract: The ways to implement innovation education are various. Our experimental research shows that the innovation thinking training (ITT) course established from the school-based curriculum is a very efficient fomi to cultivate the students?innovation consciousness and spirit, and to improve their creativity of thinking. According to the students?psychological developing level and practical ability ,the ITT course refers to a very complicated process. First, we must combine our class teaching with the students?individual innovation ability. Then teach them systematically the basic creative theory, principle and main ways of thinking. Finally cultivate their innovatory spirit and creative thinking by giving some examples and organizing some research activities. This is a kind of course which mixes the students?creative activities and class teaching together. Its purpose is to let the students understand the importance of innovation, realize that everyone has his potential of innovation, and receive some prime education about invention and creation. Also, let them learn some basic skills and experience the enjoyment of success from innovation, and then set up their own innovation consciousness and spirit. Moreover, cultivate their qualities of smooth thinking, flexibility and originality. The ITT course itself is a kind of creative activity, without any fixed mode and unchangeable method. But in order to achieve the goal of teaching, accomplish the teaching contents, and seek unity of the teaching, we have compiledunified teachingmaterial andcontents,and fixed an open teaching mode?dual five links, during the course of implementation. The whole course can be divided into 10 units. We have had many tests before and after its opening so as to examine the teaching efficiency. We have also made very careful statistics and analysis. This course is intended for junior students of Grade one. The teaching period is one year and the students are given classes once a week. The students should take part in some individual innovatory activities. The final evaluation to the students is 揟he EvaluationList of Results of ITT CourseThe results of the experiment show that the opening andimplementing of this course is a shortcut to cultivate the students?innovation consciousness and spirit. It plays a very important part in training the students?ability of innovation, and it is warmly received by the students. It also shows that the innovation thinking?training during the period of basic education has a long way to go. It is badly in need of the guidance of theory suited to the primary and high schools andmore qualified teachers. Meanwhile, such teachers as are very creative, devoted to their work and have high aspirations are needed and they are expected to act as pioneers in this field.
