就业是民生之本和安国之策。中国经济体制的转型同时伴随着城市就业问题的出现,政府、家庭、社会各界对其越来越关注。本文旨在分析中国城市就业问题,发现问题,找出问题的结症所在,并且对中国城市就业问题提出解决方案和政策措施。 本文的主题可以分为四个部分:首先阐述由于经济体制转型所带来的城市就业问题;其次通过经典就业理论寻找到就业问题的分析路径;再次,按照提供的路径找出城市就业问题的原因;最后,从积极的和消极的两方面提出中国城市就业问题治理的方案。
Employment is the basic of the people’s livelihood and the policy making. The Economy transformation goes with the appearance of the China’s employment problem in cities, the government, families,all over the nation pays more and more attention to the employment problem. The article is to analyse the China’s employment problem , find out the key reason, and present some useful solution to the problem. The main topic of the article is composed of four parts : First,the employment problem which goes with the economy transformation ;Second, the analytic way to the employment problem form the classic employment theories; Third, to find the reason of employment problem; Last, to present the positive and negative way to solve the employment problem.
