论文作者 论文导师 白存儒,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 交通运输规划与管理 论文单位 西北工业大学,点击次数 85,论文页数 76页File Size5684k 2006-03-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_100941032/ Air Traffic Control;IDSS;CLIPS;GP 随着我国国民经济的高速增长,空中交通流量急剧增加,空中交通事故也随之增长,这对管制员无形中增加了巨大的工作压力。为满足空中交通流量增长的要求,保证飞行安全和通畅,在飞行中任何两架航空器之间的距离都不能小于给定的安全间隔,所以冲突探测与解脱技术将是提高飞行安全与效益的关键。本论文通过提出一种飞行冲突探测与解脱辅助决策专家系统框架,帮助管制员及时发现飞行冲突,并给出相应的调配策略,减少空中交通管制员的工作压力,为空中交通管制自动化做出基础性研究。论文首先阐述建立飞行冲突探测与解脱辅助决策专家系统的必要性,讨论智能决策支持系统技术,提出基于规则的飞行冲突探测与解脱辅助决策专家系统框架并采用CLIPS语言实现其主体结构。并且还对不确定性推理判定学习等技术进行了探索和尝试本论文还使用了VC. ET与CLIPS的混合编程。在解脱方面,采用基于GP的解脱方案路径规划方法并对环境建模方法进行了研究。最后使用模拟数据,对所建立的系统进行了仿真,取得了较好的仿真效果。 For recent ten years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, there is a significant growth of air traffic flow. Huge work pressure is brought invisibly to the air traffic controllers. The incidents of air traffic have increased for recent years because of this. We need a new tool to detect air traffic conflict, produce solution ways and reduce controllers" work pressure.In order to assure flight security, every two aircrafts cannot get closer to each other than a given safety distance. The technologies of conflict detect and conflict resolution is the key to improve flight security and benefit. We studied on a framework of detect air traffic conflict, produce solution ways and reduce controllers" work pressure.We expatiate on essentiality of establishing air traffic assistant decision support system. The system was established in according to the theory of Intelligence Decision Support System.In this thesis we discuss a conflict detect and conflict resolution Decision Support Expert System which is based on rules as CLIPS. In the aspect of conflict resolution, appliance of GP in on-line route planning. At last, we use stimulant data to prove that the system has achieved anticipative effect.
