决策支持系统(Decision Support Systems)作为一种新兴的信息技术，能够为企业提供各种决策信息以及许多商业问题的解决方案，从而减轻了管理者从事低层次信息处理和分析的负担，使得他们专注于最需要决策智慧和经验的工作，因此提高了决策的质量和效率。目前在国内，DSS在企业中的开发与应用尚处于初级阶段。由于决策是一项复杂的管理活动，对从管理决策层面上如何开展DSS的设计和实现，研究还不够深入。 本课题通过对近年来DSS研究的理论成果与应用的研究，分析了目前企业DSS开发和应用的现状，以及企业在DSS开发应用中存在的问题和不足，从理论和方法上对企业管理工作如何建立和运用DSS提供相应的对策与建议。本文的主要工作以及创新之处主要在以下几点： 1、从管理学的角度分析了决策支持系统的作用、特点和应用原则。这是探讨企业DSS开发应用的基础，文中从DSS的一般理论、管理的决策理论、控制理论等方面对DSS的研究开发进行了深入剖析，分析了DSS在目标确立、功能设计、评价指标、决策方法、应用实现等方面的特点，通过分析当前企业在建立DSS中遇到的关键问题，研究了DSS开发和设计的基本方法。 2、研究了DSS开发的关键环节，并提出了一些有针对性的解决办法。本文结合DSS与MIS、EIS等系统的关系，对建立DSS的关键环节，如开发目标、功能设计、评价指标的分析研究，对我国企业在今后的DSS设计开发都有较好的参考价值。 3、本文针对DSS的四大主要部件进行了较深入的研究，提出了一些用于DSS部件设计的方法，为企业建立DSS提供参考。在模型管理系统中，本文结合运筹学中的动态规划原理，研究了利用动态规划方法构建决策模型的一般方法，可以用于解决企业在多阶段决策过程遇到的部分问题。在用户交互子系统中，本文利用反馈控制原理在决策中的作用，研究了一个便于用户与DSS交互的反馈决策模型。在知识管理系统方面，本文研究了一种基于知识规则推理的方法，并用C语
As a newly rising information technology, Decision Support Systems (DSS) can offer various decision information and many solution programs of the business problems. Accordingly it lessens the burden of the managers" handling and analyzing low-grade information, which makes them focus on the work needing decision intelligence and experience. As a result, the quality and efficiency will be improved. However, at present the development and implication of DSS in the enterprises is in the primary stage in our country. The research about how to design and imply DSS on the level and management and decision is not deep enough, for decision is a complicated management activity.Through the research of the theory and implication of DSS in recent years, the paper analyzes the current situation , problems and deficiency of the development and implication of DSS. Then it provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to found and imply DSS in the management work on the aspect of theory and method.The main work and creations of this paper are as follows:First, it analyzes the use, characteristics and implication principles on the point of views of management. This is the base of the development and implication of DSS. The paper explains the general theory, management decision theory and control theory of DSS. And it analyzes the characteristics of DSS on establishing objectives, designing function, evaluation index, decision making method and implication.
