我国市场经济的快速发展,使得各民族不断打破封闭,由相互闭塞到逐渐交流,由彼此隔离到密切联系,各民族人口空前流动,民族散居化越来越广泛。随着我国城市化进程的加快,少数民族人口流动更加频繁,城市居民的多民族化现象日趋明显。城市作为不同民族和各种文化的主要交汇点,是民族关系问题的主要引发区。我们认真研究城市少数民族人口流动现状与特点,分析其流动原因,把握城市民族关系发展中的新情况、新问题,协调城市民族关系,正确解决城市民族问题。在社会主义新时期,做好城市少数民族流动人口工作,有利于城市的发展与稳定,有利于民族团结和各民族的共同进步,对整个国家都有着重要的现实意义。 本文分析研究城市流动少数民族人口的现状、面临的问题与解决对策方法等主要城市少数民族流动人口问题。 第一部分:城市中流动少数民族人口的状况分析。主要介绍了城市中少数民族流动人口的现状和特点,以及不同的少数民族人群进入城市的途径,并着重分析了少数民族人口向城市流动的动因。 第二部分:城市中少数民族流动人口面临的问题。城市少数民族流动人口问题的产生是多方面的,诸多因素导致了民族问题的产生。 第三部分:解决城市中少数民族流动人口问题的对策与方法。依据前面的分析,结合少数民族和城市的实际情况,提出了相应的解决问题的措施与方法。
The market economy of China is developing rapidly. As a result, for the national minorities, block is broken and gradually develops into communication, isolation each other develops into close contact, the population of the national minorities is floating in a unprecedented trend, the scattered living mode becomes more and more popular. With the quickening of urbanization progress, population floating of the national minorities becomes more and more frequent, and the multiethnic trend in the urban areas becomes obvious increasingly. As the main convergent point of the different ethnic groups and various cultures, the urban areas are the main the initiation zone. It is necessary to research the present situation and the characteristics of the floating population of the national minorities, analyze the cause of floating, know about the new problems, new conditions during the development of relationship among the urban ethnic groups and coordinate the relationship among the ethnic groups as well as the problems of the ethnic group in the urban areas. At present, it is necessary to correctly deal with the problems of the floating population of the national minorities, which plays an important role in the development and stabilization of the urban areas, unity and progress in common of the national minorities as well as development of the whole nation. The paper analyze the floating population of the national minorities of its situation, facing problems and resolutions to it. Part I: Analysis on the situation for the floating population of the national minorities in the urban areas. The descriptions on the following aspects were made: present situation and characteristics for the floating population of the national minorities in the urban areas, approach of the ethnic groups into the urban areas, the causes of floating to the urban areas for the national minorities in particularly. Part II: Problems encountered by the floating population of the national minorities in the urban areas. There are many factors resulting in these problems. Part III: The countermeasures and methods for the problems on the floating population of the national minorities in the urban areas. As per the above-mentioned analysis and the actual situation of the national minorities and the urban areas, the corresponding measures and methods were put forward.
