改革开放以来,我国的城市化进程逐渐加快,给水排水、电力、通讯等各种管线的铺设也大量进行,作为非开挖技术中最重要的一种,顶管技术,因其具有对地表的破坏小,施工噪音较小,对周围环境影响小,施工时可保证交通畅通,对市民的活动扰动小,在穿越铁路、公路、河流、建筑物等障碍物时可减少沿线的拆迁工作,节约资金和时间,降低造价等优点而得到了广泛的应用,其施工技术施工工艺也得到了很大的发展。现代的顶管技术经过长期的发展已经达到了较高的水平,顶管的机械设备和机械性能也有了很大的改进。 新型管材---往复式交叉缠绕玻璃钢夹砂管,克服了传统管材的耐腐蚀性差、对水质的不利影响等诸多缺陷。用于顶管时,具有水力学性能好、使用寿命长、机械强度高、耐腐蚀性好、外表光滑顶力小、易纠偏等技术优势,尤其适用于市政工程中顶管施工。 本文以广州市沙河涌顶管工程为背景,对顶管施工工艺,特别是泥水平衡式机械顶管进行了分析研究,对往复式交叉缠绕玻璃钢夹砂管顶管应用进行了理论与实际应用的探讨;重点对其在实际工程中的适用性,施工过程中管材所受顶推力的计算进行了研究。 利用工程现场实测的手段,对施工过程中的顶力和沉降相关数据进行了记录。分析表明顶力影响因素复杂,与顶距基本呈线性递增关系;综合摩擦系数从出洞时的剧增到一峰值,逐渐下降直至稳定到一较低的水平直至进洞结束;顶管施工对上层土体的扰动是明显的,须采取有效的措施进行监测和预防其破坏程度过大。管线的地面沉降的每一个测点随着与工具头的距离的变化,其高程产生相应的变化,即:未受扰动无变化→轻微扰动隆起→上升至最大值→工具头穿过,地表高程开始回落→继续缓慢下沉→逐渐稳定。中间段和管线的两端的沉降普遍较大,多数沉降曲线走向类似一个‘M’形,有三个峰谷,说明顶管均穿越了三条地质结构相对疏松的地层带,该地质带的颗粒间隙较大,受到充分的扰动后间隙缩小更多,导致地表沉降加剧。
In our country urbanization advancement gradually has sped up since the reform and opening, so kinds of pipelines such as water supply and draining water, the electric power, the communication etc. have been laid down massively, and pipe jacking as one of the most important trenchless technology obtained big development, because it has slight destruction to the surface, smaller noise, affecting slightly to the environment, unimpeded transportation when constructing, even disturbing slightly to resident"s activity, and it can reduce the relocation work along the route and save the fund and time, lower cost when passing through obstacles, railroads, roads, rivers, and building, thus pipe jacking is widespread applied, and this technology also advance much. The modern pipe jacking technology achieves a higher level through the long-term development, and the mechanical device and the machine capability also have great improvement.The new type of pipe, the glass fibre reinforced plastic mortar pipe (FRMP) of the reciprocating-cross-winding, overcomes the many defect in traditional tubing, such inoxidizability, adverse effect to water and so on. When FRMP is used in the pipe jacking, it have good hydraulics performance, long service life, high mechanical strength, good inoxidizability, slippery surface, smaller drag force, easy to rectify a deviation and other technical superiorities, especially is suitable for the pipe jacking construction in the municipal engineering .On the background of Shahechong Pipe jacking Project in Guangzhou, pipe jacking technique, especially the mechanical thrust has been analyzed and researched, and the theory and the practical application of the FRMP of the reciprocating-cross-winding for pipe jacking has been discussed; much emphases are paid to serviceability in the real engineering and the computation research of the thrust force during the construction process.Using the method of record on spot, the thrust correlation data to the construction process are recorded, the analysis have indicated that the jacking force have complex influence factors, basically assumed the linearity with the pipe distance; The synthesis friction coefficient jumps to a peak value from zero at the beginning section, then gradually drops until stabilizes to a lower level and keep to the end. Each measuring point altitude of the pipeline surface settlement changes correspondingly with the tool head distance changing, namely, no change without disturbance→little uplift with slight perturbation→rise to maximum
