本文对中国景天科景天属四种药用植物垂盆草Sedum sarmentosum Bunge，费菜．S．aizoon L．，轮叶景天S．verticillatu L．和长药景天S．spectabile Mem．进行了系统而深入的生药学研究。 对该四种药用植物进行了形态及生物特性研究，并且对该植物做了本草学考证。分别对该植物的5个部位(根、茎、叶、花、花梗)的组织构造进行了观察和描述，以及3个部位、(根、茎、叶)的粉末特征进行了观察和描绘。 应用RAPD分子标记技术对4种植物进行研究，对得到的多态性条带进行聚类分析，研究了该4种植物的亲缘关系。 通过硅胶柱层析、萃取等分离手段，从垂盆草的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到两个单体化合物。利用理化性质和波谱学方法对其进行了鉴定，分别为木犀草素(LuteolinⅠ)和槲皮素(QuercetinⅡ)；同时，对垂盆草的挥发油成分也展开研究并对实验结果进行了分析。
Sedum L. includes about 400 species around the whole world and they are widely distributed in temperate and tropical zone.In China,these pharmaceutical plants have been cultivated and used in curing different diseases for many centuries.In this thesis,Sedum sarmentosum Bunge,Sedum aizoon L.,Sedum verticillatum L. and Sedum spectabile Mem.,the four species are systematically studied on pharmacognosy. The morpholog of the four species are described and the herb history proof of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge is researched.The five parts including root,stem,leaf, flower, floral shoot of the four species" tissue structure are observed and described;The three parts including root,stem,leaf of the four species" character of powder are observed and described. RAPD technique is applied to obtain the four species" identify model,which is accurate and reliable.The relationship of the four plants are researched. The dry entire plant of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge is extracted by water and isolated by chloroform and acetic ether.Two crystals are gained.The Chemical constituents of the essential oil of the foregoing plant are also studied.
