从世界一流大学发展的历史来看,大学的创业活动对学校的发展做出了巨大的贡献。如美国斯坦福大学企业创造的收入占硅谷总收入的60%以上,硅谷60%的企业与斯坦福大学有关,而学生创业企业又是其中的重要组成部分。研究学生创业企业对清华大学的发展具有现实意义,清华科技园、清华创业园等的建设和发展,同样需要清华学生创业企业这股生力军,关注它们的发展、成败,可以为后来的学生创业者提供借鉴。报告参照葛雷纳的五阶段模型(创业、生存、摆脱束缚、起飞、成熟阶段)和霍尔特的四阶段模型(创业前阶段、创业阶段、早期成长阶段、晚期成长阶段),描绘出创业企业的生命周期曲线:准备阶段、开创阶段、起飞阶段、高速成长阶段。并依据蒂蒙斯创业过程模型、威克姆(Philip A Wickham)创业过程模型、传统的创业绩效模型、创业成功要素体系等相关的创业管理理论,对12家典型清华学生创业企业的创业生命周期活动进行了具体和详细的分析。分析的重点在于:在每个创业生命周期阶段这些典型的清华学生创业企业是否在“做正确的事”和能否“把事情做正确”。报告在分析了12家典型清华学生企业的创业活动之后,得出了清华学生创业的启示:选择进入合适的行业,以市场为导向,弥补市场营销能力的薄弱,培养创业智慧等。12家典型清华学生创业企业的经历验证了传统创业绩效模型的正确性。报告结论得出它们创业成功的关键因素:第一,机会驱动。12家学生企业成立于1996—2000年左右,1998—2000年是中国改革开放以来的“第三次创业高潮”。这段时间,市场机会、技术机会、政策机会、消费需求变化机会同时出现;第二,创业团队。工作一、两年,如池宇峰,获取一定经验积累和资源,对创业有莫大帮助;第三,战略性适应能力。创业企业处于一个多变的环境中,公司的方向随时可能发生调整,只有具备战略性适应能力的创业企业,才能生存和成功;第四,资源和环境。清华学生创业企业应该想方设法有效利用清华大学的各种资源;第五,创业企业应该是学习型组织。学习能力,就是创业企业的生存能力。
According to history of world-class university development, venture activity have made enormous contribution to the development of the school. Therefore, studying student’s start-up business will have realistic meanings to the development of Tsinghua University. Pay close attention to their development, success or failure, can offer reference for the student entrepreneur later. The report consults five stage models of Reyna G’s and four stages of Holt’s. Then depict the life cycle curves of the start-up enterprise. Based on the course model of Timmons and Wickham (Philip A Wickham)’s, and relevant venture management theory, the report carry on concrete and detailed analysis to venture life cycle activity of 12 typical start-up businesses.At last the repoert draw the enlightenment of student venture activity: choose to enter suitable trade, market-oriented, remedy the weakness of marketing ability, train and get venture intelligence, etc. The conclusion of the report draws the factor of key to success: First, venture is driven by the chance. These student’s venture enterprises establish on about 1996 to 2000. The chance of market, technological, policy, and consumption demand change appears at the same time; Secondly, brilliant venture team. After working for one or two years, that help to starting–up business greatestly; Third, strategic adaptive capacity. The venture enterprise is in a changeable environment; the direction of the company may be adjusted at any time; Fourth, the resource and environment. The venture enterprise of students in Tsinghua should try every means to utilize various kinds of resources of Tsinghua University effectively; Fifth, the venture enterprise should be organized in the studying type. Learning ability is the survival ability of start-up business.
