本研究运用活血化瘀法治疗创伤性骨化性肌炎，并从理论、临床、实验三个方面对其改善创伤性骨化性肌炎的症状、体征的机理进行了探讨。本研究表明气血瘀滞，经脉痹阻，瘀血蕴结于肌肉组织，日久形成包块硬结，为本病的重要病机。据此拟定活血化瘀，软坚散结的方法，以桃红四物汤为基础，进行辨证组方，组成活血化瘀的方剂。对58例创伤性骨化性肌炎的患者进行了系统的临床观察，发现活血化瘀法治疗本病能够有效地改善患者的临床症状、体征，总有效率为83.33％，明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。根据创伤性骨化性肌炎的病理机制，制造动物模型，从实验研究的角度证明了本研究活血化瘀汤剂的口服安全性、抗炎、化瘀消肿、改善局部血液循环、减轻骨化程度的作用。另外，从中医、西医理论的角度对与本研究有关的问题进行了探讨。
The research treat traumatic myositis ossificans through activating blood to resolve stasis and study the mechanism of which the meathod improve the symptom of traumatic myositis ossificans form three aspects of theory and clinic and experiment.This study indicates that the important pathogenesis of traumatic myositis ossificans is that masses and induration are formed by blood stagnated in the muscular tissue resulting form qi stagnation and blood stasis,numbness blockage of meridians.The meathod of activating blood to resolve stasis and softening hardness to dissipate stagnation are drown out according to the pathogenesis.The decoction of activating blood to resolve stasis is based on Taohongsiwu decoction by syndrome differentiation.It is founded out that treatment of traumatic myositis ossificans through activating blood to resolve stasis is able to improve the clinic symptom of the patients efficiently through systemic observation towards 58 patients with traumatic myositis ossificans.The total rate of efficiency is 83.3% which is superior to the control group (P<0.05).The animal model is made in accordance with pathologic mechanism of traumatic myositis ossificans.The security, anti-inflammatory, resolving stasis and detumescence,improvement of partial blood circle and alleviation of ossification of this decoction in this study are proved form the point of view of experimental research.In addition,some problems related to the study are discussed from the point of view of Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
