论文标题:不同营养水平颗粒料对育肥羔羊生产性能和瘤胃代谢的影响 Effects of Pellet Diest with Different Nutritional Levels on Performance and Rumen Metabolism of Fattening Lambs 论文作者 程胜利 论文导师 李发弟;郝正里,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 动物营养与饲料科学 论文单位 甘肃农业大学,点击次数 536,论文页数 31页File Size2260k 2002-06-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_1123802/ 肥育;羔羊;营养水平;全饲粮颗粒料;日增重;产肉力;肉质;瘤胃氮代谢参数;pH值;血清尿素氮 lamb fattening, nutritional level, complete diet pellets, daily grain, meat qualify, rumen metabolism, serum urea nitrogen 将27只陶塞特(♂)与藏羊(♀)的杂交一代(3.5~4月龄)公羔分为3个试验组(A、B、C),每只为一个重复,研究了1、0.9、0.8倍NRC能量、蛋白质水平的全饲粮颗粒料,对肥育羔羊的生产性能、经济效益、瘤胃氮代谢参数及血清尿素氮浓度的影响。结果表明:试验各组增重效果和产肉力均较好,A、B、C组试验末重分别达到37.6、38.9、36.8kg,各组伺差异均不显著(P>0.05),但B组有高于C组的趋势(p=0.227)。三组羔羊的日均增重分别为225.6、238.9、206.2g,B组日均增重显著高于C组(P<0.05),A、C组间无显著差异(P>0.05),但A组有高于C组的趋势(p=0.161)。A组胴体重与B、C组间差异不显著(P>0.05),但B组显著高于C组(P<0.05);B组骨重显著高于A组(P<0.05),净肉重显著高于C组(P<0.05),但A组肉骨比显著高于B、C(P<0.05)组。各组间屠宰率、胴体净肉率、内脏油脂重、GR值及宰后1h、24h羊肉pH值、肉色、大理石纹评分、失水率和熟肉率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。B、C组每只羊的纯收入分别是A组的153.1%和121.9%。综合生产性能和经济效益来看,B组明显要优于A、C组。对瘤胃氮代谢参数和血清尿素氮的分析表明,各组间瘤胃液pH平均值差异不显著(P>0.05);A组瘤胃液总氮平均含量显著高于C组(P<0.05),有高于B组的趋势(P=0.061);A组瘤胃液氨氮、血清尿素氮平均含量显著低于B、C组(P<0.01或P<0.05);A组瘤胃液蛋白氮平均含量显著高于B、C组(P<0.05);A组瘤胃液尿素氮平均含量明显高于B组,有高于C组的趋势(P=0.060)。从瘤胃氮代谢参数和血清尿素氨水平可以看出,A组瘤胃氮代谢状况要优于B、C组,B组也比C组为好。综合全部试验结果可以认为,0.9倍NRC能量和蛋白水平的全饲粮颗粒料(精粗比为53.3:46.7)对3.5~4月龄羔羊肥育效果最好,0.8倍NRC水平的肥育效果不及1与0.9倍NRC水平,但其饲粮中精料比例低(36.9%),可在精料比较缺乏或养殖状况较为粗放的地区使用。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of complete pellet feed on crossbred male lambs(3.5~4 months) of Poll Dorest( & ) X Tibetansheep(?) with three levels(NRC recommended value, 0.9 X NRC, 0.8 X NRC). A single factional designing was adopted and 27 lambs were divided randomly into three groups(A, B, C). The results showed that the average daily gains were 225.6, 238.9, 206.2g in A, B and C, respectively. Average daily gain of B was higher than that of C (p<0.05). The net lamb meat weight in B was higher significantly than that of C(p<0.05). The bone weight in group B was higher significantly than that in group A(p<0.05). The-temb meat/bone in A was the highest as contrasted to that of B and C(p<0.05). The levels of total nitrogen, protein nitrogen and urea nitrogen in rumen fluid were the highest for group A in all of groups(p<0.01). The ammonia nitrogen concentrations of rumen fluid and the urea nitrogen concentration in serum were the lowest in group A as contrasted with that of B and C(p<0.01).The results demonstrate that effect of 0.9 X NRC nutritional level was best on fattening lambs(3.5~4 months) under the condition of feeding with complete pellet diet. The effect of 0.8 X NRC was lower than that of 1 and 0.9 X NRC levels, but the proportion of concentrate in diet of group C was the lowest(36.9%), and it can be used in areas where concentrate was not sufficient
