目的：确定精选化瘀祛痰颗粒降脂最佳药物组成，探讨各药物的降脂程度以及药物的相互作用。 方法：应用均匀设计与药效学试验相结合的方法对精选化瘀祛痰颗粒各药物用量进行优化。 结果：精选化瘀祛痰颗粒各组成药物对血脂的不同成分有不同的降脂效果，其中党参、黄芪、绞股蓝或单独，或协同的具有降低总胆固醇，低密度脂蛋白，升高高密度脂蛋白的作用，丹参、郁金在复方中主要体现为降低甘油三酯，升高高密度脂蛋白的作用，并分别具有降低总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白的作用。 结论：应用均匀设计与药效学综合分析的方法优化精选小复方的方法是一种经济、有效、实用的方法。
Objective: to ascertain the best medicine composition of Sire Huyuqutan drop, Investigate every medicine degrade blood-fat degree and medicine interreaction Methods: to make use of Uniform-design Method and pharmacyodynamics experiment to grading-up the dosage of Sife Huyuqutan drop Results: the reducing effect of Sife Huyuqutan drop"s every herb medicine to heterogeneity of lipid is different, the solitude or synergetic effects of Tangshen、Milkvetch Root、Gold Theragran reduce Cholesterols、Lowdensity Lipoprotein, increace Highdensity Lipoprotein. the effect of Danshen Root、Turmeric Root Tuber in the complex prescription principally is reducing Triglycerride、heighening Highdensity Lipoprotein and the above two herbs can reduce Cholesterole and Lowdensity Lipoprotein respectively. Conclusion: To grading-up sife small complex prescription with the use of Uniform-design Method and pharmacodynamics conjunctive device is specific、economic、utility、practical.
