This information system is a typical C~3I system. The system is complicated man machine system, which integrates command system, control and communication system and intelligence system. Its safety technology is the main research direction of this paper. Further research of the identification technology in security mechanism is made. The algorithm of Digital signature and the method of identifying by digital signature during the transmission of message are researched.According to the traits of military communication network, the security mechanism, security service and security management are involved in this paper. The security technology of network is developed and the security architecture, which is geared to need, is established. The security policy, the security and the security service of network are discussed respectively. The traditional RSA algorithm is adopted to realize the digital signature of message, which is transmitted between command posts. The software for the signature and identification of digital signature algorithm exploited. Its encryption intensity is 1024 and encryption speed accords with the demand. At last a modified scheme of the Digital signature is brought forward.
