随着我国非公有制企业的迅速发展，非公有制企业党建工作已成为巩固党的执政地位，引导非公有制企业健康发展的一项重大课题。但目前在非公有制企业党建工作中，党组织的定位、如何看待雇佣和剥削等一系列的理论和实践问题没有完全解决，从而制约了非公有制企业党建工作的开展。 本文分析了我国非公有制企业发展及其党建工作现状，从生产力标准、“三个代表”的要求出发，论述了加强非公有制企业党建工作的必要性，针对在私营企业主入党问题上的模糊认识和教条思维，着重分析了私营企业主的群体属性，并对如何深化马克思劳动价值论，党的阶级基础和群众基础等问题进行了深入探讨。最后，对当前和今后如何加强非公有制企业的党建工作，提出了一些建设性的意见和建议。
With the rapid development of private owner-ship enterprises in our country, party building of private owne-rship enterprises has be-come an important problem that cons-olidates the p-osition of the governing party and guides healthy development of the private ownership enterprises. At present how to fix position of the Party organization in the private ownership enterprises, how to understand employment and exploitation and so on have not solved completely in theory and practice. These questions restrict the development of the Party building of private ownership enterprises.This paper proofs the necessity of strengthening the Party building of private ownership enterprises basing on productive forces standard, "the Three Representatives" from the current situation of private ownership enterprises. It analyses mainly the group properties of the private owners in accordance with the blurred knowledge and inflexible thoughts about the Party building of the private ownership enterprises. On this base, the paper discusses deeply the theory of labor value of Marx, the class origin and the masses basis of the Party, etc. In the end, the paper puts forward several constructive ideas and suggestions of consolidating the Party building of private ownership enterprises in the days to come.
