论文标题:潍坊市农村初中教师素质状况调查研究 The Study on the Quality of Junior Middle School Teachers in Weifang City 论文作者 论文导师 王向华,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 教育学原理 论文单位 山东师范大学,点击次数 254,论文页数 44页File Size714K 2008-05-28论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_132801667/ rural area;; junior high school teachers;; quality structure 全面推进素质教育,促进义务教育的发展,农村教育是重中之重,而农村教育质量和水平的提高,关键是师资的质量。党和国家高度重视师资队伍的建设,尤其是农村师资队伍建设,并取得了较大的进展,广大教师的社会地位、经济地位、社会职业评价在逐步提高。但总体上来说,农村教师跟城市教师相比差距还比较大。农村初中师资薄弱的状况还没有从根本上改变,农村师资队伍建设面临的困难依然很多,亟待采取有利的措施推动农村师资队伍的改革与建设。农村教师队伍建设是农村教育事业发展的重要组成部分,建设一支数量足够、质量合格的农村教师队伍就成为加快农村教育发展,大力提高农村教育质量和劳动者素质的关键。 本研究就是围绕提高农村初中教师素质这一主题,通过对教师素质结构的界定和农村初中教师现状的分析,以潍坊地区农村初中教师为样本,通过实证调查和研究,分析当前农村初中教师素质结构中存在的问题及其成因,进而找出提高和完善农村初中教师素质的对策和建议,为潍坊市乃至山东省农村初中教师素质的提升提供参考和借鉴。论文首先对教师的素质结构进行了界定,把教师的素质结构概括为五个方面,即知识素质、能力素质、思想品德素质、心理素质和身体素质,并对其中的内涵进行了分析。其次对当前农村初中教师的基本状况,尤其是影响素质提升的问题及其成因进行了归纳和剖析。 针对教师素质结构现状、问题及成因,结合潍坊地区农村师资分布特点,编制了农村初中教师素质问题调查量表并进行了相关调查,运用统计手段对数据进行了整理和分析。对教师的五种素质即职业道德、知识素质、能力素质、心理素质、身体素质分别从年龄、性别和地区差异三个纬度进行了分析。结果显示农村初中教师的整体职业道德素质还是比较高,但中青年教师的职业道德素质显著低于农村初中中老年教师的职业道德素质。知识素质状况从整体上来看,潍坊市农村初中教师的知识素质状况较好,而且女教师的知识素质略高于男教师的知识素质水平。能力状况方面,农村初中教师能力素质都尚高,前些年有关调查中处在较低水平的教科研素质也有了较大的提高。身体素质状况,从调查结果看,农村初中一线教师的身体素质不容乐观,其身体状况处于一般水平。心理素质状况分析调查发现,目前潍坊市农村初中教师素质状况较好,但欠发达地区的农村初中教师的心理素质得分极显著的低于发达地区和中等地区的心理素质。 在对研究结果进行分析的基础上,本论文提出了提高和改进农村初中教师素质结构的对策和建议。包括从教师管理部门来说必须坚持农村师资队伍建设的科学原则;从政府政策来说必须重建农村教师群体目标;从教师本身来说必须重塑农村教师个体目标,提高和培育农村初中教师的职业认同感;加强中老年教师知识更新;关注农村初中教师的身体健康状况;加强农村欠发达地区初中教师心理健康教育等。 总之,本论文以实证调查为手段,以当前农村初中教师素质现状为依据,针对农村初中教师素质结构中存在的问题,提出了相关的对策和建议,以期为当前基础教育改革背景下教师的素质问题,尤其是农村初中教师的素质结构的完善和提升提供只言建议。 Rural education plays a significant role in promoting the development of quality education and compulsory education. Moreover, the key of advancing the quality of rural education is the quality of rural teachers. Party and the country attach great importance to the building of the contingent of teachers, especially in rural areas, and have made important progress. But on the whole, the quality of teachers in rural areas compared with in the urban still has a lot of gaps. The status of the rural teacher’s quality has not been fundamentally changed, and the building of the contingent of teachers in rural areas still faces many difficulties. Therefore, many favorable measures should be taken to promote the reform of rural teachers immediately. Building of the contingent of teachers in rural areas is an important component of the development of rural education. It is the key for quickening the development of rural education and improving the quality of the laborers to build a sufficient quantity and quality of the contingent of qualified teachers in rural areas. This study focuses on the theme of improving the quality of rural junior middle school teachers, define the structure of the teacher’s quality, and analyze the status of teachers to rural areas Weifang teachers from junior high school. Through demonstrational studies and surveys, the paper analyses the existing problems and causes of the current structure of the teacher quality in rural junior middle schools, further finds out countermeasures and suggestions of enhancement and improvement of the quality of rural junior high school teachers, and then provides reference for improving the quality of junior high school teachers in rural areas of Weifang and Shandong Province. The paper, firstly, defines the structure of the teacher’s quality in the five areas, namely, the quality of knowledge, the quality of ability, the quality of ideology and moral, the quality of psychology and the quality of physical fitness, and the connotation of which are analyzed. Secondly, the basic situation and in particular the factors affecting the problems and improving the quality of junior high school teachers in rural areas are summarized and analyzed in the paper. Focusing on the status quo, problems and causes of the structure of the teacher’s quality and linking with distribution of teachers in Weifang rural areas, I prepare the quality scale survey of junior high school teachers in the rural, carry out the related investigations, and use statistical tools to collate and analyze the data. Five qualities of the teachers that the quality of knowledge, the quality of ability, the quality of ideology and moral, the quality of psychology and the quality of physical fitness are analyzed from three latitudes---the age, gender and regional differences. The results show that the overall professional ethics of rural junior high school teachers is still relatively high, but professional ethics of young teachers is significantly lower than that of middle-aged teachers in rural middle-school; the quality of the knowledge of teachers is well from the overall situation, but also that of female teachers is slightly better than that of male teachers; the ability of rural junior middle school teachers is high, and the lower level of ability of scientific research showed in a investigation of a few years ago has been enhanced now; a physical condition of the junior high school teachers working in the front line in rural areas is not optimistic, and his physical condition is just on the general level; psychological quality of junior high school teachers in rural areas in Weifang City situation is well, but the score of teachers in psychological quality in less-developed areas in rural junior high school is much lower than that in developed and developing regions. Based on an analysis of the study results, this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions to improve and advance quality structure of rural junior high school teachers. Countermeasures and suggestions include teachers management departments must adhere to scientific principles of the building of the contingent of teachers in rural areas; policies of government must be rebuilt the collective target of rural teachers; the junior high school teachers in rural areas must remodel individual goals, and enhance and foster occupational identity; strengthening middle-aged teachers updating knowledge; concerning the health situation of junior high school teachers in rural areas; and strengthening mental health education of rural junior high school teachers in underdeveloped regions. In a word, this paper taking the demonstrational research as a means, basing on the current quality of junior high school teachers in the rural areas and aiming at the problems of the teacher’s quality structure in rural junior high school advances relative countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide a few suggestions for improvement and enhancement of the teacher’s quality particularly the quality of teachers in rural junior high school under the background of the current reform of basic education.
