生产计划与控制是动态联盟运作过程中的重点与难点问题。面向动态联盟的生产计划与控制系统就是如何组织与合理利用合作企业生产资源,实现生产系统的快速重组,提高系统的柔性,高效、低耗、灵活、准时地生产合格产品,满足市场机遇的系统。对该系统的研究,将把握动态联盟运作的关键环节,促使动态联盟在我国得到更快和更有效的发展,提升我国企业的竞争能力,夯实我国经济运行的微观基础,在理论和实践中具有较大的创新意义。 本文首先对国内外相关研究的文献资料进行了综述,分析了动态联盟的内涵、特点、分类、合作形式及其与中小企业的关系后,建立了有利于中小企业组建的基于产品模块化的动态联盟运作模式。基于单一企业及供应链环境下的生产计划与控制对动态联盟问题的研究,着重分析了动态联盟生产计划与控制的特点、重点和难点。在此基础上,基于客户订单分离点的重新定位,探讨延迟策略在动态联盟生产计划与控制系统中的应用,在制造资源计划和分层动态物料清单的基础上,提出基于延迟策略的动态联盟生产计划与控制结构模型,并对该模型的构建条件、模型特点及对中小企业的适应性等进行了详细分析;基于系统模型,详细研究了系统的信息流和物流流程,重点分析了系统的核心功能——订单管理功能和生产计划编制功能,并针对如何有效管理和控制该系统提出了相应的策略;同时从顾客满意、柔性、协同性、信息化和成本等模块构建了该系统的模糊综合绩效评价模型;最后使用Microsoft Visual Foxpro 6.0为开发工具,对部分系统功能模块进行系统开发。
Production Planning and Control (PPC) is one of the important points in the course of Virtual Organization (VO) operations. VO PPC is such a system that it makes the best use of the resources of other collaborative organizations. So it achieves production system reorganization, and improves the flexibility of the system. Thereby, it can produce the production with availability, effect, efficiency and punctuality, and it grasps the chances in the marketplace on time. On the research of this kind of system, we may catch hold of the critical aspect in the course of VO operations, accelerate the VO to develop quickly and effectively in our country, it may promote the power of competition of our organizations, and amplify the basis of our economy. So it has great innovation significance theoretically and practically.At first, this paper summarizes the relevant literature datum in or out of our country. After analyzing the concept, features, classification, teamwork methods and the relationship with small-and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs). It establishes a VO operating model on the basis of the production modularity which is beneficial to the SMEs. On the basis of the research to the adaptation to the PPC in one unity enterprise and supply chain with VO, this paper analyzes the characteristics, emphasis and odds of VO principally. Then on the basis of the relocating of customer order decoupling point(CODP), this paper probes into application of postponement strategy in the VO PPC system, and on the foundation of manufacturing resource planning(MRP Ⅱ) and hierarchical dynamical boil of material(BOM), it expounds out a VO PPC framework model at the basis of the postponement strategy. Furthermore, in particular it analyzes the constitution circumstance and characteristics of the model, and the compatibility with SMEs. Afterwards it studies the message and ator flow of this kind of system particularly, what"s more, it also extraordinarily analyzes the core function, that is order management and production planning compilation. Apart from these, it also presents some corresponding suggestions aims for how to manage and control the system effectively. At the same time, from customer satisfaction, flexibility,coordination, information and cost, this paper constitute a fuzzy synthesis achievement evaluation indicators system. At last, with the Microsoft Visual Foxpro 6.0 as exploitation implement, this paper will carry out developing the system with the limitation of some parts of system function module.
