处于社会主义初级阶段的当代中国,基本经济制度在改革中不断趋于成熟和完善,在这一过程中,伴随着社会主义经济制度伦理的生成与建构。然而,关于当代中国社会主义经济制度伦理的研究尚处于起步阶段;与社会主义市场经济相适应的社会主义市场经济伦理尚未生成和建构起来:社会主义经济制度的合道德性、合伦理性较为明显,但是由于具体体制方面的一些不足,阻碍了社会主义经济制度的伦理性的彰显,妨碍了社会主义经济制度优越性的充分发挥。因此,如何认识社会主义经济制度伦理,如何建构当代中国社会主义经济制度伦理,已经成为一个急需解决的重大理论课题。 本文首先从理论层面出发,分析了经济制度伦理相关的范畴,探讨了经济制度伦理的两个层面的内涵及其伦理评价标准;其次,从历史的视角,分析并评价了社会主义经济制度伦理的发展历史,包括空想社会主义者和马克思恩格斯的经济制度伦理思想,以及“苏东”和改革前中国等社会主义国家的经济制度伦理:再次,重点分析了当代中国经济制度伦理的现状,包括当代中国社会主义经济制度的完善历程,当代中国社会主义经济制度的伦理诉求,并对当代中国社会主义经济制度伦理进行了评析,指出了其伦理进步性及不足之处:最后,笔者立足于中国社会主义市场经济现状,探讨了建构当代中国社会主义经济制度伦理的基本原则和途径。
China is on the era of elementary socialism, her basic economy system is going to mature and perfect in the course of reformation, the forming of the ethic of socialist economy system is going with. But the research on the ethic of the contemporary Chinese socialism economy system is just start. The ethic of socialist market economy, which adapt to the market economy, has not be founded. The socialist economy system is ethical and moral, but there are some shortages in the quomodo of Chinese economy, which has embarrass the emergent of the ethic and the exerting of advantage of the socialist economy system. How to understand and build the ethic of the socialist economy system, which is becoming an importance and must be settled theory problem.The article is composing of four chapters. At the beginning, the author has analyzed some concepts about the ethic of the economy system. Secondly, he has analyzed and evaluated the history of the ethic of the socialist economy system. Thirdly, he especially discussed the actuality of the ethic of the contemporary Chinese economy system, and has evaluated it. In the fourth chapter, the author has discussed how to build the ethic of the contemporary Chinese socialist economy system and the essential principles which are must be obeyed.
