论文标题:华能珞璜电厂设备优化检修方案研究 Management Study on Codition Maintenance of Electric Power Equipment in the Huaneng Luohuang Power Plant 论文作者 论文导师 任玉珑,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 工商管理 论文单位 重庆大学,点击次数 98,论文页数 85页File Size12473K 2006-10-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_141821867/ Equipment Manage; Status Test; condition based Maintenance; Optimized Maintenance 火力电厂的设备系统规模大,配套复杂,是典型的资金、技术密集型设备系统,长期以来,如何提高发电设备的可靠性和可利用率一直是国内外发电企业的重大研究课题之一。国内发电厂设备状态检修工作已经开始试点和推广,并取得较好的成效。鉴于国内火电企业开展状态检修的应用和研究仍处于起步阶段,全面收集国内状态检修试点电力企业的应用情况,分析国内状态检修和优化检修的状况,比较各种应用工作的优劣,总结基本的经验和吸取教训,必将有益于电力发电企业在开展设备状态检修和提升设备管理水平方面有一个借鉴和参考。论文以状态检修为主要的研究对象,简要介绍了国外状态检修,详细分析国内状态检修的开展情况,总结了值得参考和借鉴的经验,对珞电目前设备管理和检修状态认真进行了分析,提出珞电开展状态检修的需求,对实施状态检修提出了全面的管理和实施方案,提出改进计划检修管理工作和故障检修工作方案,以达到最终建立适合珞电自身的优化检修管理体系。 美国和欧洲部分等发达国家在20世纪80年代逐步在火力发电厂推广一系列现代维修优化和管理技术,采用先进的设备分析评估技术和设备状态监测手段,及时掌握设备的真实状态和寿命,合理安排检修项目和检修工期,延长了设备检修周期,有效降低了检修成本,提高了设备的可用性。我国火力发电机组的可靠性水平较发达国家相比还较低,发电设备的维修管理水平不高,较多的机组设备采取的定期检修维护方式,管理的理念相对落后,先进的状态检测和分析设备与技术应用较少。国内已在部分大型电厂试验和推行状态检修工作,状态检修的检测分析技术已经广泛引入,电厂辅机状态检测开展较为普遍,已经取得初步成效,管理理念的得到提升,推进了设备管理机制的创新,设备可靠性水平提高,企业经营综合效益提高。电厂系统推行设备状态检修要注重根据电厂自身人员、设备、管理实际状况进行,首先应建立中长期规划,树立设备预知性检修和以可靠性为中心的检修的新观念,逐步进行必须的资金和人力投入,培养和建立一支素质过硬的管理和技术队伍,建立完善必要的技术硬件系统,定期检查和总结,及时发现问题纠正偏差。 珞电在引进消化进口设备的基础上,逐步掌握了进口设备的性能,在掌握引进设备方面作出了有益的探索。目前珞电与其他电厂一样同样面临保障安全可靠发电和降低包括降低检修维护费用在内的生产成本,提高企业生产经营效益的双重压力。珞电目前的设备管理状况与国内先进电厂相比存在较大差距,主要表现在设备管理的理念及体制的落后,人员对现代化设备管理意识相对不足,设备管理的架构 The equipment systematic scale of the thermal power plant is large. It is complicate to form a complete set. And it is a typical fund, technology intensive apparatus system. For a long time, how to improve the dependability and the utilization of the electricity generation system has been one of the electricity power enterprises both at home and abroad all the time. U.S.A and some of Europe developed country popularized a series of modern maintenance optimize and administrative skill in thermal power plant progressively in eighties of the 20th century. They adopt advanced device to analysis and assess the technology and the monitoring means of the equipment status grasp the true state and life-span of the equipment timely, arrange to maintenance event and maintenance in time rationally, reduce the cost of maintenance effectively raise the usability of the equipment. The dependability level of the generating set of thermal power of our country is lower than the developed country. One important reason is the maintenance management level of the generating equipment is not high. Given this, to choose the maintenance task of our country’s current generating equipment regularly, arrange for the time between maintenance, Grasp the equipment true status, the management system equipment ect. All these respects expose the abuse and deficiency obviously. So it is necessary to adopt the maintenance system and the management of combines the enterprise real, more advanced, reasonable, scientific. The main research object of this article is about the optimizing maintenance of Huaneng Luohuang power plant. At present Luohuang power plant and the other thermal power plant are same to face the double pressure of being safety and reducing the maintenance expense, develop work of equipment status test and implement optimize maintenance, improve the safe reliability of equipment become a main subject in equipment management at present. The article is consisted of five parts. Part one account for main thought of study. Part two summarize several ways of equipment maintenance, the relative merits and the applicable scope of power plant. Part three Briefly analyzes promotion situation for overseas statement maintenance, carefully analyzes main methods of better effect, which achieved from our country maintenance. Applied and the characteristic analyzed and summarized main reasons of achieved results and existed problems. Part four, refer to the actual situation of the Luohuang power plant.
