自上个世纪90年代以来，社会资本逐渐成为社会学、经济学、政治学等多个学科普遍关注的热点问题和前沿问题。社会资本既是被各学科广泛使用的跨学科概念，也是世界各国学者用来解释社会发展的新范式。但当学者应用此范式来研究中国问题时，由于对社会资本的概念界定不一，所应用的分析框架不同，对其内在运行机制认识不够清楚，对其理论前提理解不够明晰，导致他们在对中国社会资本的历史沿革的研究不够深入，对社会转型期中国社会资本的状况认识不够全面，对中国现代型社会资本的理想型构的见解不够系统，对构建中国现代型社会资本的路径选择不够清晰，因此对中国社会资本问题还有进一步研究的空间，还需要从马克思社会哲学的角度来系统、全面地对它进行学理的分析与探究。 论文分六章对中国社会资本问题进行研究，依次对社会资本的内涵与运行机制、理论依据、中国社会资本的历史沿革、中国现代型社会资本的理想型构、社会转型期的中国社会资本现状以及构建中国现代型社会资本的路径选择等问题进行论证和考察。 论文第一章集中阐明社会资本的内涵及其运行机制。在梳理国内外各个学者关于社会资本概念的基础上，提出本文的社会资本定义，分别阐述社会资本的内涵，即社会参与网络、信任、规范、参与及合作，并从历史唯物主义的视角论述了社会资本的来源和产生、维持与积累、弱化与消逝的内在运行机制。 论文第二章研究了社会资本理论存在的理论依据。认为只有建立在马克思所提出的“社会人”假设的基础上，社会资本理论才能找到其科学的理论根基。而“经济人”和“文化人”假设由于有内在的理论缺陷，因此不能成为社会资本理论的人性假设。并且认为社会资本具有马克思所认为的资本的本质属性——增殖性，但与物质资本、人力资本与文化资本等其它资本形态相比，它具有不同的特性，因此社会资本只可以称之为一种隐喻意义上的资本形式。 论文第三章探讨和分析了中国社会资本的历史沿革。认为在自然经济体制下的传统中国，社会资本的主要类型是蕴藏在宗族家族参与网络的信任、规范、参与及合作形态，它们的存在样式和特征是与自然经济体制下的社会整合和社会调控方式相适应的。认为在计划经济体制下的现代中国，社会资本的主要类
Since the 1990s, the theory of social capital is becoming a hot issue and a front problem in sociology, economics, political science and other subjects. Social capital is not only an interdisciplinary concept used by the various disciplines widely, but also a paradigm used by scholars in different countries to explain development of society, because the definition of social capital and the application of analytical framework is different, the understanding of inherent operational mechanisms of social capital and the understanding of its theoretical premise is not clear, When scholars use it to research the China"s problems , it makes the research of social capital in the Chinese history not profound, the understanding of the situation of social capital in the period of transformation of society in China incomplete ,the realization of the ideal structure of modern-type of social capital in China not systematic, the choice of path in building a modern -type social capital in China unclear, and therefore there is some room in the research of the issue of China"s social capital ,which need to conduct the systematic analysis and elaboration of it comprehensively from the perspective of the social philosophy of Marxism system.The paper has six chapters, which expounds the following issues on the problem of the social capital of China: the content and operational mechanism, the theoretical basis, the historical evolution of China of social capital, the ideal structure of modern-type of social capital in China, the current situation in the period of social transformation of China as wells the route of founding the modern-type social capital in China.The first chapter concentrates the content and operational mechanism of social capital. On sorting out the concepts of social capital definited by scholars at home and abroad, I put forward my definition and state its content ,which is social engagement network, trust, norms, participation and cooperation, and discuss the inherentoperational mechanism of social capital------sources and creating ,maintenance andaccumulation, weakening and vanishing from the perspective of historical materialism.The second chapter studies the theoretical basis of social capital. I hold that the theory of social capital can find its scientific and theoretical foundation only on the basis of the assumption of "social man" which Marx advanced, and the assumption of "economic man" and "cultural man" can not be the hypothesis of human nature of social capital because of their innate theoretical defect. Social capital have the essential property of capital —multiplication that Marx held , and have the different characteristics when it compares with the material capital, human capital, cultural capital and other capital forms, so the social capital may be called the capital form on a kind of metaphor meaning .The third chapter explores and analyses the historical evolution of social capital, I consider that the main types of social capital is the pattern of trust, norms, patterns of participation and cooperation which is hidden in engagement network of family and
