本论文以采油企业为研究对象。介绍了采油企业的技术经济特点,并从成本因素、盈亏平衡、可行性三个方面,对采油企业进行了全面的财务分析,分别给出了将这三种分析方法运用到油田企业中的具体步骤。在盈亏平衡分析的基本原理的基础上,推导出采油企业的四大盈亏平衡指标。此外,本论文运用证券投资中的组合原理,建立了一套石油开发方案的经济评价模型,即石油开发项目组合评价模型。该模型把风险的测度纳入评价指标,通过计算单位风险的收益水平,在兼顾收益和风险的同时,保证了所选项目的正确性。同时,利用采油企业的实际生产开发数据,对该模型进行了检测,并得到了有效的结果,表明该模型的有效性。最后,本论文对项目组合评价模型和传统的经济评价方法进行了比较,分析了各自的优缺点和适合使用的范围,针对我国采油企业中存在的问题,提出了建设性的意见。
The emphasis of this paper lies in financial analysis and project decision of oil enterprise. The technical and economic features of oil enterprise are presented .An overall financial analysis on oil enterprise, which consists of three analysis systems: cost control system, break-even system and feasibility system is described. Then the concrete steps of how to put these three analysis systems into oil enterprise are formulated and diagramed. On the basis of the fundamental break-even theory, four break-even indexes of oil enterprise are deduced.Next, by using portfolio theory of investment, a new set of economic evaluation model in which the risk measurement is added to the traditional index system is built in this paper. In this model, the validity of project decision is largely guaranteed by calculating revenue level of per risk. Several sets of data from an oil enterprise are carried out. The results support the validity of this new model.Lastly, some suggestions aimed at improving the financial condition and the validity of project decision of oil enterprise are offered.
