数学开放题在开放时代应运而生，现在已成了全世界数学教育家关注的一个热点。在我国随着素质教育的全面推进，用数学开放题培养学生的创新能力，已经成了教改的一个探索课题。数学创新能力的培养呼唤问题解决，数学开放题顺应了问题解决。 本文结合笔者近两年多来对开放题的教学实践与试验研究，通过大量实例阐述本人对数学开放题（含义、特征、分类等）的认识，提出了自己的观点；并对一组典型数学开放题的试验与分析，论述了数学开放题对良好思维品质的形成与培养所具有的教育价值；最后，还对数学开放题的编拟原则及方法提出新构想。
Chinese culture laged behind West culture since modem times, eaming from the West?is always the inevitable theme of China, the comparative study of culture of China and the West is very important. As the most extreme opinion, wholesalewestemization theory occupies especial place on the theory, on the history, on the reality. ChenXuJing"s wholesalewesternization theory is the most determined, complete, systemed, but due to many reasons, it is often negated simply, this is abnormal. The paper introduces, analyses, evaluates ChenXuJing~s wholesalewesternization theory. The paper is divided into three main parts. The first part introduce the content of ChenXuJing"s wholesalewestemization theory, including the fundamental concept of culture, the criticism about the conservatism and the eclecticism, the reasons of wholesalewesternization, the outlet of Chinses culture. The second part, from the mutual influence of the human, culture, society, analyse the defects of ChenXuJing"s wtiolesalewesternization theory with the method of cultural philosophy. The third part point out the positive significance of it. The intention of writing of the thesis is to introduce ChenXuJing"s wholesalewestermzation theory objectively and evaluate it fairly, then to response to the contemporary cultural practice. Because of the complexities of the human, culture, society and their mutual influence, there are some shortcomings and self- contradictories on cultural study, the thesis too.
