印度学者阿马蒂亚·森因主张经济学与伦理学的融合，提出以自由为目的和手段的发展观、以缺乏交换权利导致贫困的权利观和以基本能力为核心的平等观的经济伦理理论而获得了1998年诺贝尔经济学奖。本文从发展、权利和平等入手，分析了森经济伦理思想的积极影响和内在缺陷，以期对我国的经济伦理发展有一定的借鉴意义。 阿马蒂亚·森经济伦理思想的积极影响主要体现在以下三个方面：其一、把伦理学与经济学的融合丰富了经济伦理的研究范围。其二、以自由为中介和目的的新发展观扩展了发展的内涵。其三、从权利的缺乏展开对贫困原因的分析为解决现在的贫困问题提出了又一可供考虑的途径。 依据辩证唯物主义的观点，阿马蒂亚·森的经济伦理思想也存在着不足，比如：过分强调伦理学对经济学的导向作用，弱化了经济学对伦理学的实践影响；通过经验联系自由的目的和手段方面，缺乏系统的学理解释；用权利的缺乏解释贫困发生的原因，却没有进一步研究导致这种权利缺乏的根由以及如何解决这一问题。 但是瑕不掩瑜，对阿马蒂亚·森经济伦理思想的全面把握有助于我们理解我国经济伦理研究中出现的诸多问题，如对经济伦理概念的界定，对经济伦理研究的系统化要求以及对经济与伦理作用的准确掌握等。
This essay, mainly exploring the subject of the economic ethic thoughts of Amartya Sen,an economics Nobel Prize Owner in 1988,begining with development, right and equality, expounds the development notion of Sen"s that freedom is considered as purpose and approach, the right notion of poverty due to the deficiency of exchange entitlement and the equality notion focused on the fundamental capability, on which this essay analyses the positive impact and the inner defect of Sen"s economic ethic thoughts, in anticipation of some references for use be offered for China"s development of economic ethics.The positive impacts form Amartya Sen"s economic ethic thoughts are reflected as follows: firstly, the integration of economics and ethics will enrich the scope of economic ethics. Secondly, the notion of development notion of Sen"s that freedom is considered as purpose and approach will expand the connotation of development. Thirdly, the analysis on the poverty causes, beginning with the defecting of right, will come up with another considerable way of solution of existing problem.In the light of the concept to investigate the materialism, there still exist disadvantages in Amartya Sen"s economic ethic thoughts, For instance, he overstressed the guide function from ethic to economics, mean while weakened the practical influence from economics to ethics; There also lacks in the systematic ethic explanation of the two aspects of purposed and approaches connected by experiencing freedom;In term of explains the reasons for poverty by the defecting of right, he didn"t produce the further research the origins of poverty and the solution of the problem.However the defects cannot obscure the virtues. The overall understanding of Amartya Sen"s economic ethic thoughts will contribute various problems, which includes the definition of economic ethic, the requirement of systematic research of economic ethic, precise grasp of the function of economic and ethic and so on, in cause of the study of China"s economic ethic.
