论文标题:企业核心竞争力理论:球论模型的新诠释 Technology Change, Factor Accumulation and Dynamic Change in Comparative Advantage in Service Trade of Developing Countries 论文作者 范宪 论文导师 张晖明,论文学位 博士,论文专业 政治经济学 论文单位 复旦大学,点击次数 109,论文页数 164页File Size9866k 2003-10-28论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_156547912/ 企业核心竞争力;球状模型 Core competence of enterprise, Ball model 企业核心竞争力理论是上世纪90年代初期由西方学者首先提出的。之后,大量学者和专家从理论和实践角度进行了深入研究。从90年代中后期开始,企业核心竞争力理论被引入到我国。然而,纵观国内外关于企业核心竞争力理论的研究成果,我们发现来自生产和市场一线的企业管理者进行企业核心竞争力理论的探索,提供鲜活案例研究的较少,特别是结合我国的实际,应用核心竞争力理论指导企业成功的案例更少。基于核心竞争力理论研究的这种现状,本文作者从近三十年经营管理企业的实践出发,对核心竞争力理论进行了新的思考和诠释。 本文最主要的创新之处在于创造了一个“企业有核层状球模型”来对企业核心竞争力的构成、识别、培育、演化进行分析,并结合作者自身的实践对中国企业培育核心竞争力的特殊性进行了研究,从而达到将国外先进理论本土化的目的。企业核心竞争力理论本身并不是一个全新的课题,但是采用实证方式、用企业管理者的眼光从操作实务入手进行分析,建立半定量的数学物理模型来说明一般规律,对实践起到指导作用,这构成了本文和其他相同主题论文的差异性。 全文共九章,约十二万五千字,基本结构如下: 第一章为导论,主要讨论选题的原因及意义,研究的方法论和创新之处,以及对文章逻辑结构的介绍。在第二章中本文对前人关于企业核心竞争力理论的研究进行了回顾和分析,从而为提出作者自己的观点搭建了一个平台。第三章是本文的重点所在,也是本文的主要创新之处。作者提出了一个研究企业核心竞争力的全新视角——企业有核层状球模型。通过基本的数理方法,作者运用数学和物理学研究中得出的球体运动特性和数学特性,建立了企业构成和核心竞争力之间关系的模型。在接下来的四章,即第四、五、六、七章中,本文分别研究了企业核心竞争力与经济体制和经营机制之间的关系,核心竞争力与不同市场结构的关系,企业家对企业核心竞争力的影响,以及核心竞争力与企业文化之间的关系,试图从不同的角度来对作者的企业核心竞争力球状模型进行深入分析,从而完成对企业核心竞争力理论的本土化思考。第八章则是以作者所管理的电池企业在最近进行的跨国收购境外资产项目作为案例进行的实证分析,从而检验模型在具体应用过程中的指导意义。在最后一章中,作者分析了我国大型企业培育核心竞争力过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议,同时也得出了全文分析的一些结论性观点。 The theory of core competence was first brought forward by western scholars in early 1990s, which was followed by lots of research from different points of view. In the later part of 1990s, this theory was introduced into China. After surveying the research work of core competence both abroad and domestic, we found that little research was done on this theory by those people from the manufacturing and marketing front, and seldom could we see any excellent "cases on core competence, especially those cases concerning Chinese enterprises. It is due to the current situation of core competence research that we decided to rethink and annotate the theory of core competence based on the writer"s thirty years" experience on enterprise management.The main innovation of this thesis is that we construct a "ball model" to analyze the structure, fostering and evolvement of core competence for an enterprise. We also combined the writer"s practice on management with our research on the theory so as to localize foreign advanced theory. The core competence theory is not a new question for discussion. However, with the methodology of empirical analysis, from the viewpoint of an enterprise manager, and to set up a mathematical-physical model to explain the theory, we can say that this is the main difference of our work comparing with others of the same theme.This thesis is comprised of nine chapters, and the basic structure is listed as follows:Chapter 1 is the introduction, mainly concerning with the meaning, methodology and innovation of our research, together with an introduction to the logic structure of the thesis. In Chapter 2, we made a general review and analysis on forerunners" research on core competence, which provided a platform for our research. Chapter 3 is the key part of this thesis and our main innovation is included in this chapter. Here we provided a new angle of core competence research, that is, our new "ball model". With basic theory of mathematical economics, we established a model on the relationship of enterprise structure and core competence, which combined mathematical and physical characteristics of ball together. In the following four chapters, that is, in Chapter 4, Chapter 5, Chapter 6 andChapter 7, we analyzed the relationship between core competence and economic system and management mechanism, the relationship between core competence and different market structures, the effect of entrepreneur on core competence, and the relationship between core competence and enterprise culture respectively. With these efforts, we managed to deepen our analysis on core competence with the "ball model", so that we can localize this theory. Chapter 8 provided an empirical analysis on core competence. In this chapter, we take the multinational M & A of a battery enterprise managed by the writer as an example to check the application of our model in practice. In the last chapter, we discussed the current situation and problems on how to foster core competence in China"s large enterprises. We also drew some conclusions from the analysis of the whole thesis.
