随着企业信息化建设的不断深入,企业网络信息安全建设需求也日益提到了重要日程上。同时,网络安全技术已从对网络和计算机病毒的简单防范发展到防止黑客渗透、网络病毒和木马程序等更新更高的防御体系。当今网络发展状况下,安全事件为企业造成的损失非常巨大,建立合理的网络信息安全体系已成为企业亟需的任务,安全技术与安全管理齐头并进是企业网络信息安全的永远的主题。 本文作者从工作实践入手,以网络信息安全理论和网络信息安全结构为依据,针对长庆石油勘探局网络信息安全系统存在的问题,深入分析了网络基础设施安全、应用系统安全,设计出长庆石油勘探局网络信息安全架构模型,重点针对长庆石油勘探局安全管理体系和管理制度建设、安全人员培养等方面,指出长庆石油勘探局网络信息安全建设现阶段的主要任务是进行组织和管理体系建设。 本文为企业网络信息安全建设提出了新的任务,将改变以往在安全建设方面重硬件、轻软件、忽管理的问题,为企业的网络信息安全建设提出一种新的理念,探索一种新的方向。
With the continuous development of the construction of enterprise information system, it is much more necessary to construct the security system for enterprise information network. With the popularization of computer application, the network security is developed as a defending system not only for the virus but also for the hacker intrusion, virus of network and Trojan horse program. Nowadays with the application of network, the loss of enterprise is much larger due to the security problems and the establishment of network and information security defending system becomes a urgent issue. The hank for hank for both security equipments and security management is always the theme of enterprise network and information security. Based on the working practice, be guided by the theory and the structure of network and information security, the author of this article analyzes the current problems about security of network and information of Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau comprehensively. The author also carries out an in-depth research on the security of network and application systems. According to the analysis and research, the author works out a model of the network and information security. In addition the author puts forward a proposal for the main construction task of network and information security which includes construction of security management systems and regulations and training of network security technicians for Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau. At last the author addresses the mechanism that ensures the success of model working and the accomplishment of the main task. This article gives us a new assignment in the construction of security of enterprise information and network system. This article will change our previous opinion that we valued the hardware very highly, but did not pay attention to the software and ignored the management either. This article brings us a fresh principle of the construction of security of enterprise information and network system and points a new direction for the enterprise information development.
