新世纪正面临着世纪经济全球化、政治多极化、文化多元化、科技迅猛发展、科技教育一体化及人才流动国际化,社会主义市场经济的不断完善,小康社会全面的建设和发展等等新形势,这些国际国内的形势对新世纪大学生道德人格的发展提出了新要求,迫切需要大学生具备适应其发展的道德人格。新旧转型中不适应新形势发展需要的道德规范体系并未消失,仍在发挥作用,对大学生道德人格的发展和形成产生负面影响;而新的道德规范体系还有待建立和完善。大学生作为未来国家建设的主力军,他们的思想道德素质如何,直接关系到21世纪中国的面貌,关系到我国社会主义现代化战略目标能否实现,关系到能否坚持党的基本路线一百年不动摇,关系到中华民族的伟大复兴。新世纪大学生道德人格发展面临着严峻的挑战,但同时也有着良好的发展契机,挑战与机遇并存。 本文面对新时代的特点从研究人格、道德人格,探索其内涵入手,接着对大学生道德人格内涵作以探究,为本文进行新世纪大学生道德人格研究奠定理论基础。在此基础上分析了大学生道德人格的现状,揭示了大学生道德人格现状存在的问题极其形成的原因,为本文进行新世纪大学生道德研究奠定现实基础。同时也探索了大学生道德人格的地位和作用。 针对大学生道德人格内容体系不明确、不具体、不系统的问题,本文的重点是通过研究,构建出适应新世纪发展需要的大学生道德人格内容体系,力求其体系的完整性,其内容为:志存高远、爱国爱民、科学创新、开拓进取、求真务实、严谨笃学、勇敢正直、热忱忠诚、敬业乐群、自主自强、全面发展等等。 针对构建途径和方法的不全面、不深入,本文也进行了尝试性地探索。通过研究,本文提出了一些构建途径和方法:理论学习途径、实践锻炼途径、网络教育途径、综合管理途径、环境渗透法、引导塑造法、内省慎独法、自我体验法等等。这些方法既注重教育的外部塑造,同时注重自律的内部提升,充分体现主体的能动性。
The century is facing economic globalization , political multipolarity, culture pluralism, the swift and violent development of science and technology, integrating of education of science and technology and the internationalization of floating of professionals, constant perfection of socialist market economy, well-to-do society overall construction and development to wait a moment for the new situation. These international and domestic situations have put forward the new demand to the development of university student"s morals personality in the new century and the new need for university students to possess and adapt to the morals personality of their development urgently. On the one hand the old moral concept system which can not meet the needs of new changing situation while making the transition, still functioning , do not only disappear but also exert a negative influence for the development and taking shape of university student"s morals personality ,On the other hand new moral concept and ethical content system also need to set up and perfect. As the mainstay of national construction of future, how are University students" ideological and ethical standards, which concerns the appearance of China in the 21st century directly, concerns our country"s socialist modernized strategic objective could be realized, concerns and could insist that the basic line of the party does not waver for 100 years , concerns the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. There is a severe challenge in university student"s morals personality in the new century, but there is a good development opportunity at the same time.It is obvious the challenge and opportunity coexist. This text explores from researching personality , morals personality in the face of the characteristic of new era that its intension is started with, then act as university student"s morals personality intension in order to explain , study and establish the theoretical foundation in order to carry on university student"s morals personality in the new century. Analysing university student morals current situation of personality on this basis , announcing university student morals personality current situation reason that existing problem form extremely,for going on university student"s morals to study and establish the realistic foundation in the new century. The status and function of university student"s ethical personality are explored too at the same time .Directing the indeterminate , not concrete , not systematic question against university student"s morals personality content system, the focal point of this text is to structure out the ethical personality content system of university student ofmeeting the needs of development in the new century through studying, strivingto make the integrality of its system, its content is: Stand high and aim far, lovethe people patriotically, science innovates, pioneers and keeps forging ahead, looks for the truth and be practical, rigorous diligent in study., brave honest , hearty loyal , respects work happy group, improves oneself independently , develops etc. in an all-round waying.The methods are not structured and deepenned in an all-round way, so this text explores carrying on the trying too. Through studying, this text has put forward some construction methods and laws : Theory study way , practice tempers the way , network educational way , manage way , environment permeate law , it is mould law , introspection careful only law , experience law ,etc. oneself to lead synthetically. The outside that has already paid attention to school eduaction in these methods is moulded, pay attention to the subject to promote at the same time , fully reflect the dynamic role of the subject.
