论文标题:济南发电设备厂生产计划与控制系统的改进研究 The Improvement Reserch on Production Planning and Control Systems of Jinan Power Equipment Factory 论文作者 论文导师 吴爱华,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 工商管理 论文单位 山东大学,点击次数 91,论文页数 81页File Size3992K 2007-09-20论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_168831302/ production planning and control;; improvement study;; master production schedule (MPS);; material requirements planning (MRP) 在当今制造业的全球性竞争中,企业之间的竞争日益激烈。要求企业采用先进的现代化管理技术,改变传统的生产管理方式、生产组织方式等,从改善或改革企业的内部条件来适应竞争市场,赢得竞争优势,求得生存和发展。 济南发电设备厂(在以下文章中简称:济发)作为一家国有制造企业,随着市场需求的不断变化和竞争的加剧,其市场占有率出现连年下滑。济发长期以来的落后的企业管理水平是重要的影响因素,而制造业的计划与控制是现代企业管理的核心内容,因此对济发的生产计划与控制系统进行改进研究是非常迫切的。 本文阐述了当今生产计划的先进管理模式,从济发的生产实际出发,深入分析了济发生产计划与控制系统的现状,利用MRP理论,对济发生产计划与控制系统进行了改进研究并设计了改进方案和应用模式。 1、论述当今制造业的发展趋势和主要的先进生产计划管理模式,详细地阐述了先进模式的产生、发展变化和特点,并对先进模式适用的企业类型和生产领域进行了比较研究。 2、阐述济发组织构成、产品、销售、供应和生产能力等情况,分析确定了生产方式和特点。重点对生产计划与控制系统现状进行了详细地分析,研究归纳了济发生产计划与控制系统存在的问题,对形成原因进行了深入地研究。 3、设计了系统改进的模式,建立了相应的编制原则;根据济发生产实际,创建了主生产计划和物料需求计划的编制方案和格式,并对方案的编制方法进行了详细地研究和例证。 4、创建了与计划系统改进模式相适应的控制系统,形成了完善和具体的控制方法和措施,确保计划的顺利与正确的实施。 5、对系统改进进行了深入地评价,指出了改进的成果,探讨了不足之处,并对系统的改进方案进行了展望,得出了论文的总体结论。 Nowadays, competition is becoming fierce day by day in manufacturing industries. The advanced management techniques must be used, the traditional modes of production control and production organization must be changed, the inner situation should be improved or reformed to adapt to the competitive market, to win the competitive advantage, therefore to strive for survival and development. Advanced management modes of production planning are elaborated in this paper. According to the current situations of Jinan Power Equipment Factory (JPEF), the paper analyzes and studies the production planning and control systems of JPEF referring to the theory of MRP and finally proposes improvement projects and application modes. i . The paper studies and makes a comparative research on the advanced management modes of production planning in current manufacturing industries. It also states the enterprise types and production systems for which these modes are suitable. ii. The paper expands in detail the composition, products, marketing, supply and productivity of JPEF and determines the modes and features of production. It focuses on the analyzing and examining of current situations of production planning and control systems. It studies and summarizes problems existing in production planning and control systems of JPEF. The reasons of the problems are examined in detail. iii. The paper studies and determines the improvement modes of the systems, designs the establishment principle, the project and the format of master planning schedule (MPS) and establishes the improvement projects of material requirements planning (MRP). iv. The improvement project of the control system is designed to form a perfect control system and concrete control approaches and measures. v . It appraises the improvement of the system, point out the improvement achievements, discusses the deficiency, prospects the project of the system and arrives at the overall conclusion.
