论文标题:斩波式串级调速系统的研究与改进 Research on Speed Regulation System Using Cascade Control Method with IGBT Chopping 论文作者 崔健 论文导师 朱凌,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 电力电子与电力传动 论文单位 华北电力大学(河北),点击次数 127,论文页数 62页File Size1971k 2003-12-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_169792067/ 串级调速系统;IGBT斩波控制;数字PID;数字触发器 speed regulation system,cascade control, chopping control with IGBT, digital PID control, numerical trigger 晶闸管串级调速系统是一种廉价、简易的调速系统,但是传统串调系统存在着诸如功率因数低、谐波污染严重等弊端。本文在分析其原理及结构的基础上,讨论了影响其功率因数的主要因素;比较了近年来出现的若干高功率因数串级调速方案,进而对一种采用IGBT斩波器和逆变器同步控制方式的串级调速方案进行了详细讨论,分析并计算了系统各环节的参数,并对系统功率因数的改善情况作了理论计算;以此为依据搭建了串调系统的功率电路试验平台,设计了一套由双片C8051F310 SoC实现的全数字控制系统。分析计算及试验结果表明,改进后的方案能够较大程度的提高系统功率因数,并从一定程度上减弱了对电网的谐波污染。 Speed regulation system using cascade control method with thyristor is a low-cost system, but the classic system has some shortages, such as low power factor, serious harmonic pollution and etc. In this paper, the primary factors affecting the power factor of the system is discussed; Some novel schemes with high power factor proposed in recent years are compared, and a novel scheme using chopping control method with IGBT is discussed in detail, its parameters of each link and power factor calculated in theory; in the last, a power electric circuit test platform is set up, and a digital control scheme based on integral separated PI algorithm is designed and actualized with double pieces of C8051F310 system. The results produced by calculation and examination shows that the novel scheme can raise power factor in a great deal. In addition, the capacity of the reverse transformer is smaller than that of classic system, so the harmonic pollution is restrained in certain degrees.
