本文意在阐述中国证券市场的发展与国有企业改革之间的关系，希望利用证券市场，促进国有企业的改革。 第一：提出了现代证券市场的5种主要功能，划分了我国证券市场发展的4个阶段，并且从5个方面叙述了中国证券市场发展的现状和存在的问题。 第二：介绍了国有企业的现状及推进改革的方法和配套措施，还特别强调了国有企业实施股份制改造过程中的深层次矛盾。 第三：提出了证券市场发展与国有企业发展是相辅相成的关系。 第四：以美国、日本为例说明要借鉴发达国家经验，尽快完善中国的证券法律体系，利用证券市场，推动国有企业改革。
This paper studies the, relation, of China"s security; market development and its state-owned enterprise reform. From the view of make use of security market to promote the state-owned enterprise reform.In Chapter ONE, the paper raises the five mainfunction of modem security market, introduces the four developing stages of our country"s security market; from five aspects he describer the present situation of China"s security market development, and the problem which is still existing in our country"s security market.In Chapter TWO, the paper introduces the present situation of the state-owned enterprise, and particular points out deep contrary which in the process of transformation to stock-sharing system of process of the state-owned enterprises.In Chapter THREE, the paper argues that the development of the security market and that of thestate-owned enterprises, have all the best reason to be integrated with each other.In Chapter Four, the paper takes the present situation of security market in the US and Japan as example, argues that the security"s legislative system must be perfected as quickly, as possible, so as to keep the tract to theinternational security market.
