由于长江河道的安全宣泄能力与长江峰高量大的洪水矛盾突出，防洪形势仍很严峻，三峡工程正是在此背景下提出来的。三峡工程建成后，长江中下游防洪能力将会得到很大改善。 在三峡工程这个庞大的系统工程中，水库容积是衡量三峡工程合理与否的重要指标，水库容积的计算准确与否直接关系到水库调洪计算成果的精度，从而对水库防洪调度方案的设计、发电与航运管理、移民以及水库泥沙淤积等方面均将产生重要影响。 在三峡库区库容计算这个项目中，其数据来源主要是DEM数据，根据这个项目流程，本文内容主要包括：DEM数据获取的手段，并根据三峡库容计算这个项目，着重阐述利用全数字摄影测量方法建立三峡库区DEM的基本过程。三峡库区DEM建模。三峡库区DEM的精度检查。基于DEM的三维可视化。库容计算以及利用库容曲线这种直观、简单的形式实现对水库库容、淹没面积的有关统计、检索、查询等功能。
Because the contradiction between the outpouring capability and flooding of Changjiang River becomes more obvious, the situation of defence flood is still rigorous. In this background, the Three Gorges project is put forward .After the Three Gorges project is finished, the capability of defence flood will have a great improvement.In the great Three Gorges project,the reservoir capacity is an important measure of evaluating whether the Three Gorges is reasonable. Calculating reservoir capacity correctly and quickly touch on that the scheme of the reservoir defence flood is reasonable or not.In this project , the data come mainly from DEM. According to the course of the project, this paper is consist of the following parts:the means of obtaining the Dem data;calculation of reservoir capacity based on DEM; introducing emphaticly the whole process of building up the DEM of the Three Gorges reservoir by means of whole digital photogrammetric method;visulazation based on DEM and so on.
