目前，中国在全球经济中的地位和作用越来越重要，在重建世界经济和金融新秩序中开始扮演主要角色之一。在这种背景下，中国资本项目的对外开放将是必然的，这既是世界的需要，也是中国自身的需要，中国加入世界贸易组织更加速了这一进程。因此，如何从理论和实践方面规划我国资本项目的对外开放，需要引起学术界以及有关部门更广泛的关注。 本文从中国资本项目开放与金融深化关系这一视角展开论述，就研究的具体推进思路来看，主要从四个方面来进行：第一，理论综述：对已有的关于金融深化和资本项目开放的理论进行梳理、总结，为后面的研究提供理论支持；第二，现状分析：运用相关理论对中国的资本项目开放和金融深化的进程和现状进行考察；第三，实证分析，运用的方法实证分析资本项目开放对金融深化的影响作用；第四，政策建议：在以上分析结论的基础上，提出对于决策部门具有参考价值的我国资本项目开放的政策建议。 总之，中国资本项目开放既是自身体制演进的客观需要，又是世界贸易组织游戏规则下的迫切要求，还是中国在世界上扮演越来越重要角色的趋势。但是资本项目的开放是一个历史性的课题，需要辩证客观地推进。在认识到开放的客观必要性后，更需要积极地研究，做好相关经济环境、法律制度和监管措施的准备工作。最后，希望本文能对这一重大问题的研究起到抛砖引玉的作用。
It is inevitable for China to open its capital account if it wants to play a significant role in the world economy and new finance system as a great power. And China" s entry into WTO boosts its capital account liberalization. However, the discussion of how to realize China" s capital account liberalization step by step has not been in one mind. So official and academics should pay more attention to consider capital account liberalization in depth, and this paper is written under such a background in order to study the subject.In this paper, China"s capital account liberalization is the thread running through the whole discussion. In short, we focus on four issues about China" s capital account liberalization: theory, current framework, empirical evidence study and strategy study. The first part: It starts with the summary of theory capital account liberalization and financial deepening. The second part: the actuality of China"s capital account liberalization and financial deepening are summarized, also the history of them is discussed. The third part: using the existing economic theory and regressive models in econometrics analyze the effects of capital account liberalization to financial deepening. At last, on the basis of the above analysis, it focuses on the strategy, which concludes some recent policy issues related to this reform.China"s capital account system capital evolvement. but also liberalization is not only the practical demand of the the urgent need under the rules of WTO. However, account liberalization is a historical task that requires to be pushed impersonally. More researches need to be worked over and relevant legal systems as well as the measures of supervision need to be well prepared.
