为了解决群体决策系统面临的组织结构复杂、决策成员合作能力差、系统缺乏自主能力等问题,以便更加有效地利用和组织参与决策的成员资源,提高群决策性能,本文将基于 Agent 的智能化群决策支持技术引入 GDSS 中,旨在通过多 Agent 相互协同与合作来解决群决策问题。文章首先讨论了 GDSS 的研究现状与热点问题,主要从两个方面对 GDSS 进行研究,一是群决策系统理论与方法的研究, 二是支撑技术的研究。文章分析和论述了 Agent 技术和多 Agent 系统,探讨了如何将人工智能技术应用于 GDSS 来提高 GDSS 的智能性合作,并构建了一个基于多 Agent 的分布式群决策支持框架模型-MAFDGD,旨在探讨解决 Agent智能决策支持技术在 GDSS 的应用问题。文中着重介绍了 MAFDGD 的功能结构设计,并利用 Agent 具有自主性、协作性等智能技术解决 GDSS 中决策任务分解、合作、通信、模型管理等难题。文章最后结合航班计划及经济性能优化管理系统的建设,介绍了 MAFDGD 模型在实践中的应用,并对系统实践效果进行了评估。
To solve the problems that GDSS faces, such as complex structure, poorCooperation ability among distributed decision maker and etc, can utilize andorganize resources of decision maker more effectively. This paper studies intelligentgroup decision support technology based on Multi-agent for solving groupdecision-making, with the use of a group of individual agents’ cooperation. Afterdiscussing of the current situation and focus content of GDSS, this paper presentstwo important issues: one is theory and methods of GDSS, the other is achievabletechnology, and also addresses how the agent artificial intelligent technology shouldbe applied in GDSS. In the paper, the author puts forward a framework model ofdistributed group decision based on multi-agent, that is, MAFDGD, in order to settlethe application of GDSS. The paper expatiates structure, function and workflow ofMAFDGD and uses intelligent technology based on agent to realize task analyzing、cooperation、communication and model management in GDSS. Combined with thecreation of FOPMAX, the paper in the end presentes the application in MAFDGDpractice and evaluates the effects of the realized application.
