本文的最终目的是建立旅游地可持续发展的评价模式。 在建模之前，本文对“旅游地”和“旅游地可持续发展”这两大理论基础进行了界定和分析：首先，对“旅游地”概念的空间层次和职能做出界定；其次，对“旅游地可持续发展”概念的形成和内涵展开分析，为旅游地可持续发展评价模式的建立打下理论基础。 在确定旅游地可持续发展需要遵守“财富存量至少不变”的基本前提下，本文指出旅游地可持续发展评价模式的主要构成： （1）旅游地可持续发展的三大要素——资源—环境要素、经济要素和社会文化要素“财富存量至少不变”的基本前提是各要素损耗率与补给率的持平； （2）根据旅游地类型和发展周期总趋势的不同确定一套恰当的权重体系来反映三大要素的轻重比例； （3）旅游地可持续发展是资源—环境、经济和社会文化三大要素相互协调的结果，需要计算出三大要素的协调度，以便进一步说明旅游地可持续发展的程度。 得出旅游地可持续发展评价模式的基本框架为： （1）旅游地可持续发展程度总评分的计算公式： SD_(TD)=W（T_i，C_j）S（RE，Ec，SE） SD_(TD)—旅游地可持续发展程度总评分 W（T_i，C_j）—三大要素可持续发展程度的权重矩阵 S（RE，Ec，SE）—三大要素可持续发展程度矩阵 W（T_i，C_j）由旅游地类型系数T_i和旅游地生命周期系数C_j共同决定：）、壹自塞卜二J、、二 一厂 二二二二＼ ’’卜彦，一疗厂一『”T。座’””C一广’””T！”度2！’””CI一j二！且『”T”彦2’””C＼2 不一旅游地类型系数，wT一旅游地类型系数C的权重 Cj一旅游地生命周期系数，we一旅游地生命周期系数Cj的权重 S阻，Ec，SE）为旅游地资源一环境，经济和社会文化三大要素可持续发 展程度矩阵： tREEcSE＝S响Ra，RL）E4R，RL）SC（人）1 RE（R，RL）一旅游地资源一环境要素可持续发展程度 E4R，RL）一旅游地经济要素可持续发展程度 SC％人卜旅游地社会文化要素可持续发展程度 ①旅游地可持续发展三大要素协调度的计算公式： v！z： tanlln！ Z一旅游地可持续发展三大要素的协调度 ＆一三大要素中发展程度的最大值或最小值 M调整系数
Abstracts The final purpose of this thesis is to establish an evaluation pattern on the Sustainability of Tourist Destination. First, there are two important essential concepts need to be explained. One is the 慣ourist Destination?, which is defined both in hierarchy and function of area. The other is 慡ustainable Development of Tourist Destination?, which is analyzed on the forming process and connotation. Then, based on the principle of 憈he Lessening of Fortune Leavings must be the Least?, the constitution of the evaluation pattern includes three parts: a. Resources-environment, economy, and social-culture are three basic factors of Sustainable Development of Tourist Destination, and, losing rate and saving rate must be equal on each factor; b. The proportion modulus of three basic factors is defined by type and evolution trend of Tourist Destination; c. For more veracity of the evaluation pattern, the harmony degree need be supplemented. At last, the following shows the basic frame of the evaluation pattern.
