目前,移动电话已经是人们日常生活中不可缺少的物品之一。自1987 年中国开办移动电话业务以来,我国的移动用户一直保持着迅速上升趋势。近年来移动通信市场的高速膨胀,有力地推动了移动通信事业的发展。2003 年6 月全球移动用户已达到13 亿,普及率超过18%。移动对固定的替代作用已日趋明显,目前全球有100 多个国家的移动用户已超过固定电话用户。我国移动通信一直保持高速增加的势头,在2001 年7 月,我国移动用户数超过了美国成为第一大移动通信市场。截止到2003 年10 月,我国移动用户总数已突破2.57亿,首次超过了固定用户总数(2.55 亿)。2004 年6 月,移动终端用户总数突破3 亿,达到3.00559 亿户。我国移动通信目前的普及率接近20%。一方面,在激烈的市场竞争形势下,中国的移动通信系统的容量呈现飞速发展,系统向着大容量、广覆盖及高质量方面发展;另一方面,系统也在向着数据化、智能化及多媒体化的方向发展,随着第三代移动通信技术的实现和移动通信与互联网的融合,未来无线数据的传输速率将达到2Mb/s,为了满足更高的传输速率或流媒体类型的业务,WCDMA 在3GPP 标准R5 版本中引入了高速下行分组接入HSDPA 技术,使之可以支持平均8~10Mbit/s 的数据传输速率,人类社会正向着移动信息时代迈进。第三代移动通信系统是一种能提供多种高质量业务类型的,能实现全球无缝覆盖的通信系统。该系统具有能进行全球漫游,能以小型便携式终端在任何时候、任何地点进行任何种类通信的特点,是移动通信系统由模拟到数字后再进一步发展的方向。本文对比分析了第三代移动通信3 种主要无线技术的特点,结合网络的演进策略,确定了齐齐哈尔市在未来引入第三代移动通信网络的具体应用技术制式为宽带码分多址技术(WCDMA)。本文对齐齐哈尔市区典型环境进行了大量的现场路测工作,通过对路测数据的分析处理,对文中拟采用的Ericsson Urban 和Ericsson 9999 覆盖预测模型进行了修正;接着,采用纯理论计算的方法,对WCDMA 技术的无线网络部分进行了具体的容量估算、覆盖范围确定、站址数量计算等一系列工作。在得出理论计算结果后,又运用爱立信公司(Ericsson)的网络规划软件Tems Cell Planner Universal 对该结果进行了计算机模拟研究,考察了设计系统在地理信息系统上的覆盖情况及导频干扰情况,对理论计算的结果进行了一定程度上的仿真研究。
Mobile is one thing can not be forget for one person in his life. Since 1987, there is a rapid increase for the number of the mobile users. Along with the continuous development of modern communications technology, mobile communications system has obtained a rapid growth in recent years. Sine June 2003, the number of global mobil users had been 1300,000,000 and the occupation ratio more than 18%. It is more and more signaficiant that mobil alternating fixed and there in more than 100 countrys, the users of mobie are more than that of fixed. The mobil user in China is keeping increasing now, and in July 2001, the mobil users in China had overpassed that in USA and become the biggest mobil market in the world. Up to October 2003, the number of mobil users in China had overpassed 257,000,000 and the number of fixed users (255,000,000). Up to June 2004, the number of mobil users had overpasseded 300,000,000 and get to 300,599,000. The occupation ratio has approached 20&. On one hand, the capacity of mobile communications system have been expanding quickly and higher capacity, higher coverage, higher quality are the target of the system. On the other hand, the mobile communications system is moving to the stage of combining the data services, multimedia services and intelligent services. The transmitting rate of radio data will reach the speed of 2Mb/s. To fulfill the more bandwides requirements, HSDPA is build in the standerzine in 3GPP for WCDMA. It can reach the speed of 10Mb/s. The 3rd mobile communications can provide many high quality services and global no-seam covered. Users can roam globally and can get any kind of communications in any time anywhere by mini terminals. On the study of 3rd mobile communications, this paper identifies that WCDMA is the best choice of Qiqihaer city. After the works of driving test and data processes, the paper correct the model of Ericsson Urban and Ericsson 9999.After the theoretical analysis and calculation, the paper get the results that are suitable to Qiqihaer city’s capacity and coverage Hereinafter, by using the software Tems Cell Planner Universal of Ericsson ,the paper compares the conclusions of theoretical analysis and computer simulation. Finally, the conclusions are that the WCDMA sites number is 67 in urban areas of 29km2,and the amounts are also perfect in the computer simulation study. The paper has the reliability in constructing operation of 3rd generation wireless network. It gives the solid foundation of next decision-making in network construction.
