论文标题:ERP在高桥石油化工公司应用的改进研究 The Research of Gao Qiao Etrochemical Company for Improving the ERP Application 论文作者 论文导师 侯荣华,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 工商管理 论文单位 上海海事大学,点击次数 122,论文页数 46页File Size2452K 2006-05-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_202982992/ ERP; application; efficiency ERP系统在全世界各行各业被普遍采用是因为其所能带来的巨大效益确实对很多企业具有相当的诱惑力。进入21世纪以来,石化行业竞争加剧,高桥石化公司发展迅速,为提高企业的管理水平于2004年底投用了ERP系统,虽然在管理水平上得到了一些提高,但与预期相比存在明显不足。本文主要通过比较的方法,找出ERP在高桥石化应用过程中存在的不足之处,研究分析了问题存在的根源,最后提出了解决方案。 本文首先在第一章对高桥石化公司业务概况进行了简要的叙述,其后对本文所要研究的问题加以提出,接着指出了论文的目的、方法及意义。 第二章对对ERP在国内外石化行业应用的情况做了叙述,并且通过比较,找出了国内石化行业在ERP应用上与国外企业存在的差距,指出在实时数据采集、供应链的管理、配送网络的建立,都存在很大的差距。接着,对ERP在石化行业的发展趋势做了预测。本章第三节、第四节对ERP系统及BPR相关理论进行了概述。 第三章是对ERP在高桥石化的应用分析。首先,介绍了ERP在高桥石化的应用概况。接着,从原油采购、生产计划、成本核算、物资供应、设备维修等五个方面,分析了企业在应用ERP系统后,结合业务流程的再造,在公司管理理念、核心业务流程、管理组织架构、内部管理秩序、员工基本素质等在内的企业资源要素进行如此大范围系统化的提升、优化、变革甚至再造。明确了ERP在高化公司管理体系的重要作用。但是,随着ERP的深入应用,渐渐的也发现了其中存在的一些问题,这些问题都制约着高桥石化ERP应用水平的进一步提高。本章第四节根据ERP应用中存在的一些问题,加以详细的原因分析,找到了问题存在的根源,主要包括业务流程不够精简,系统数据不够准确,信息化队伍建设不够完善,ERP系统运行相关的各项管理制度和管理规定不够完善,制度的执行也不够有力,应用考核缺少奖惩措施,以及信息的有效利用还存在很大的差距。 第四章是针对以上问题,文章提出了解决问题的相关建议。同时,针对ERP的应用趋势,文章对高桥石化的信息系统,结合ERP系统相关技术的应用及与其他系统的整合提出了ERP系统应用的进一步完善。 第五章结论,本文的改进建议会对ERP在高桥石化的今后应用过程中,带来 The reason of the wide application of ERP system by all walks of life is that it has huge benefit and attraction for the companies who use it. While we entered 21 century, the competition in petrochemical industry has become greater. Gao Qiao Petrochemical Company is developing very fast. The company began to use the ERP system since the end of 2004 in order to improve the management. However, the result does not seem so good as imagined. The article uses comparisons to find out the shortcomings of the company"s ERP application and analyses the root of the problems and finally gives the solution.This article briefly describes the company"s background in the first chapter.In the second chapter, this article describes the ERP application in the national and international petrochemical industry. It finds out the great application gap between through comparison. It points put that there are big gap such as real time data collection, supply chain management, distribution network establishment. Then it has some forecast on the developing trend of the petrochemical industry. At the end of this chapter, it describes the theory of ERP and BPR.The third chapter is the analysis to the application of ERP system in Gao Qiao Petrochemical Company. Firstly, it introduces the general application situation of ERP system in Gao Qiao Petrochemical Company. Secondly, it analyses the ERP system from the aspect of base oil, production plan, cost account and material supply and facility maintenance. Combining the BPR plan, the company resource factors such as management theory, core business process, management structure, interior management order and staff basic diathesis should be improved, optimized, changed and even reengineered.
