网络是一把“双刃剑”，它在促进人类社会发展进步的同时，也带来许多社会问题。网络伦理问题就是其中之一。研究网络中出现的伦理问题，防止网络道德失范，已成为一个刻不容缓的现实问题。网络伦理问题的解决，要坚持以人为本的思想，重点对网络主体实施道德教育，提高网络主体的道德素质，增强网络主体的道德责任感，倡导网络主体的公德与私德。以道德的理性规范网络主体的行为，才能把我们的网络社会建设成一个新型的“网络道德社会”。 第一部分 网络、网络社会与网络伦理的发展 主要论述网络、网络社会与网络伦理的的历史发展过程，分析网络社会与网络伦理的特点。必须正确理解网络伦理与社会伦理的关系，两者根本不存在本质的区别，网络伦理只是社会伦理的一种特殊表现形式，是社会伦理的延伸和扩展。 第二部分 网络社会伦理问题 分析两个典型网络伦理问题——网恋行为的伦理问题和黑客行为的伦理问题，研究网络社会存在的伦理问题的主要特征。研究网络道德问题引起的深层次的哲学问题，构建普遍适用的网络伦理，对于建设网络普遍伦理具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 第三部分 网络普遍伦理建设 构建网络普遍伦理是有其必要性与可能性的，构建网络普遍伦理的关键是必须正确处理好电子空间与物理空间、网络伦理与传统伦理、通讯自由与社会责任、个人隐私与社会监督、资源共享与资源独享等五对主要矛盾。构建网络普遍伦理必须尊重国情、防范自由的绝对化、注重道德自律与他律的结合、坚持网络行为主体的权利和义务对等。
Network is a double-edged sword. It promoted the development of human society, while, it also brought many social problems in the meantime. Network ethic problem is one of them. It has become a great urgency to research on the ethic problems appeared in network, and prevent the master-hand of network from violating morality. In order to solve such problems , we must adhere to the principle that takes people as basis, and attach more importance to the moral education of network subjects, improve their moral quality, strengthen their moral sense of responsibility, advocate their public morality and private morality. Only through the moral reason to standarize the behaviour of network subjects, we can construct our network society to a new-patterned "network moral society" .Part I Network, Network socity and Development of Network EthicMainly discuss the course of historical development of network, network society and network ethic. Analyze the features of network society and network ethic. We must clearly know the relationship between network ethic and social ethic. There is no essential difference between them in nature. Network ethic is only a kind of special expressive form of social ethic, and it is the extension and expansion of the latter.Part II Ethic problems of Network SocietyAnalyze two typical network ethic problems-cyber love and hacker. Study the main features of ethic problems in network society. It is significant to research on the deep philosophical problem caused by network ethic problems, and compose general appliednetwork ethic for the construction of general network ethic both in theory and reality. Part III Construction of General Network EthicThere is the necessity and possibility to construct general network ethic. The crux of composing general network ethic is to deal with these five pairs of contradiction as follows in a right way: contradiction between electron space and physical space, between network ethic and traditional ethic, between communicational freedom and social responsibility, between personal privacy and social supervision, between resource sharing and resource monopoly. Composing gerneral network ethic , we must respect national conditions, take precautions of the absolutization of freeborn, lay stress on the combination of moral self-discipline and other-discipline, adhere to the reciprocity between right and obligation of network subjects.
