本研究以社会互动理论为支撑点，运用网络分析的方法，通过对湖北省鄂州市碧石渡镇金文武村的个案调查，对中国农村劳动人口社会支持网的发展趋势进行了研究。本研究集中探讨了我国农村劳动人口社会支持网的一般特征，并通过分析现阶段农村中，不同职业角色群体的劳动人口在社会支持网上的群体差异，对我国农村劳动人口社会支持网的演进趋势做出了预测。全文共分四大部分： 第一部分，阐述本研究的出发点、目的、意义、创新性、可行性、研究思路以及研究方法； 第二部分，从社会支持网的规模、关系构成、紧密程度、趋同性、异质性等五个方面，描述和分析了农村劳动人口社会支持网的一般特征，发现当前我国农村劳动人口社会支持网，正处于较缓慢的渐进的变革过程中，传统农民的社会支持网已经开始呈现出一定的多样性和丰富性的特点； 第三部分，通过控制职业角色分化因素，对不同职业角色群体劳动人口的社会支持网进行差异性分析，发现较之农业劳动者群体而言，工商业劳动者群体的社会支持网更为复杂与多样，其社会效用也更大； 第四部分，在概括本文研究结论的基础上，预测农村劳动人口社会支持网的发展趋势，明确现代社会网的创新方向。
This research paper, based on the theory of social interaction, utilizing the method of network analysis through the case survey in the JingWenwu Village in the town of BiShidu of Ezhou city in HuBei province, for the first time concentrates on the developing tendency of social supporting network of the work force in the rural area of China. The research focuses on probing into the general character of the social supporting network of the work force in the rural area in China. And through the analysis of group differences reflected, on the social network, by the work force in different groups with different professional role in the present rural area, this research gives the prophecy of the evolving tendency of the social supporting network of the work force in the rural area in China. The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part expatiates the focus of attention, purpose, significance, innovation, feasibility, research idea and research methodology of the paper.The second part, through the five aspects of the scale of the social supporting network, relation constitution, compactness degree, convergence and diversity, describes and analyses the general character of the social supporting network of the work force of the rural area, and roots out that the social supporting network of work force in rural area in China is in the process of slow and gradual transform. The traditional social supporting network of peasant has already taken on the characteristics of diversity and abundance in some extent.The third part, through controlling the factor of the differentiation ofthe professional role, makes the otherness analysis on the social supporting network of the work force hi the groups with different professional role. Thus it discovers that comparing to the group of agricultural work force, the social supporting network of the group of industrial and commercial work force is much more complicated and multiplied with greater social avail.The fourth part, on basis of the summary of the thesis"s conclusion, forecasts the developing tendency of the social supporting network of the work force in the rural area and points out the innovation direction of modern social network.
