本文采用了理论分析与案例分析相结合的方法，介绍了产业集群的形成与可持续性发展。文章主要分成三大部分： 第一部分：产业集群的有关界定及理论简述。 第二部分：基于波特的钻石模型，文章分析了集群的形成方式、形成与发展的影响因素及有关机制，提出了集群的可持续发展模型及生命周期模型。 第三部分：在第二部分理论分析的基础上，本文选择了意大利萨梭罗瓷砖业、硅谷高新技术产业、东莞IT产业及柳市低压电器产业作为典型案例进行分析。 通过上述分析，本文得出了集群形成与可持续性发展的模型及生命周期模型。
Based on theoretic analysis and case analysis, the article discusses the formation and durative development of industrial clusters. The article divides into three parts:Part one mainly introduces the definition of industrial clusters and correlative theories.Based on Porter"s model, part two analyzes the formation manner of clusters, influencing factors and correlative mechanism of clusters" formation and development. Then the article points out clusters" durative development model and lifecycle model.Based on the theoretic analysis of part two, part three chooses some typical cases. These cases include the ceramic tile industry in Sassuolo city of Italian, the hi-tech industry in Silicon Valley, the IT industry in Donguan City and the electrical appliance industry in Liushi City.Based on the theoretic and case analysis, the article gets the conclusion of durative development model and lifecycle model of industrial clusters.
