我国基础音乐教育教学发展和全日制义务教育新《音乐课程标准》的出台,标志着我国基础音乐教育发展进入了一个全新的阶段,并取得了令世人瞩目的成就。作为农村基础音乐教育师资培养摇篮的高师音乐教育,由于受我国地域、经济条件的限制等诸多因素的影响,其培养目标很难适应当地中小学音乐教育教学的需要。针对这种状况,笔者进行了调查、分析与探讨。力求探索出符合新《音乐课程标准》要求的、具有地方高师声乐教学特色的革新之路,以满足当地农村中小学音乐教育发展的需要。
With the development of basic musical education, new music course criterion for full-time obligatory education has come out, which sybolizes that our national basic musical education has entered a brandnew stage and achieved a noteworthy accomplishment. As restricted locality, economic conditions and other factors , college musical education, which is the cradle of teachers of music in the countryside, does not meet the teaching demands. In order to cope with this situation, the author of this article researches and analysizes to find out new approaches which conform to the new music course criterion and suit local musical education.
