论文标题:超声波辊型检测系统的研究 Study on Roll Profile Measure-Ment System with Ultrasonic 论文作者 王文生 论文导师 齐广学,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 测试计量技术及仪器 论文单位 燕山大学,点击次数 80,论文页数 126页File Size2045k 2002-11-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_222022057/ 辊型检测;声循环;多次脉冲反射法;遗传算法;曲线拟合;串行通信;MSComm控件 measurement of roll profile, sonic circulation, multiple pulse-echo method, genetic algorithms, curve fitting, serial communication, MSComm control 工业生产对所需板材精度的要求日益提高,但由于轧辊在使用中不断磨损变形,导致其表面精度降低,从而严重影响着所生产的板材的精度。因此,在板材的生产过程中,只有及时准确的检测轧辊辊型并对其进行修复,才能更好的保证生产出高质量的板材。本文在分析了三维面型检测的发展现状及目前辊型的检测方法的基础上,提出了声循环多次脉冲反射测量原理,并以此为基础设计了上位机化的超声波辊型测量系统。本系统以超声波多次脉冲反射法测距原理为基础,设计声循环反射控制电路,达到以延长测量时间为代价提高测量精度的目的。本文在设计辊型检测的硬件电路的基础上,详细介绍了数据处理的方法,采用VB语言设计测量系统的软面板,并使用VB的MSComm控件实现上位机与单片机的串行通信。主要的数据处理工作在上位机进行,采用基于差分法的分位数算法剔除粗大误差;采用三点式测量原理消除探头的安装及运动所产生的误差;采用最小包容区域法评定轧辊半径,并应用遗传算法实现最小包容区域法的寻优计算;采用阿克玛插值方法进行辊型的曲线拟合。另外,因为数据处理算法通过C语言程序实现,所以文中介绍了一种简单的C语言与VB语言的混合编程方法。本文提出的超声波辊型检测系统具有真正的智能化和多态性,具有自动检测、数据实时采集、处理及辊型曲线显示等功能,所获辊型精度高,对高质量板材的加工具有指导意义。 The demand to the precision of steel plate in industry production has enhanced increasingly, but the surface precision of roller, which affects the precision of plate material seriously, will debase because it is worn. Therefore, it is necessary for guaranteeing the quality of steel plate to detect and repair the roll profile timely and exactly.This paper presents the sonic circulation and multi-pulse echo principle and designs roll profile ultrasonic measurement system based on the analysis of 3D surface measurement technology and roll profile measurement methods.The system is based on ultrasonic multiple pulse-echo principle, the control circuit of sonic circulation, can improve the precision of measurement by extending the time of detection. The paper introduces data processing methods in detail after providing the measuring circuit of roll profile. The system adopts VB to design softpanel of measurement system, realizing the serial communication between PC and singlechip base on MSComm control of VB. Data processing is performed by PC,which includes detecting rough error by quartile method base on first order differential, adopting three points algorithm to eliminate deviations of rack displacement and installation, applying minimum containing area method to evaluate the sectional plane radius of roller and realizing it by genetic algorithm, adopting Akima method to fit curve of roll profile. Otherwise, this paper introduces a compound language programming method of VB and C because the data processing arithmetic is programmed by C language. The roll profile measurement system with ultrasonic presented by this paper is intelligentized and polymorphism, and has auto-detection, real time data collection, data processing and curve fitting functions. The high-precision roll profile obtained by this system can supervise the steel plate materials machined correctly.
