论文标题:基于DSP的三相混合式步进电机脉冲细分驱动系统 The Study of a Novel Laying Powder Device and Its Control System 论文作者 刁红泉 论文导师 颜钢锋,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 控制理论与控制工程 论文单位 浙江大学,点击次数 267,论文页数 72页File Size3344k 2005-02-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_22283372/ 混合式步进电机;脉冲细分;交流永磁同步电机;数字信号处理器;电压空间矢量 Hybrid Stepping Motor; Pulse Subdivision; Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor; Digital Signal Processor; Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation 随着微控制器技术快速发展,特别是高性能数字信号处理器的出现,以及步进电机制造工艺的发展和各种先进的步进电机细分控制策略的提出,很大的促进了步进电机控制技术的发展,使得大功率高精度的步进电机驱动系统的实现成为可能。 本文在步进电机脉冲细分原理的基础上进一步分析了混合式步进电机和同步电机之间的联系:混合式步进电机的工作原理类似于永磁同步电机,可以将其看作是步进运行的同步电机,因而完全可以引入同步电机的先进控制方法。目前在同步电机控制中,矢量算法应用较广,可以将矢量算法引入步进电机控制实现脉冲细分:步进电机步距角的细分及将转子锁定在一个特定的位置是通过电压空间矢量的旋转和静止来实现的。从同步电机控制的角度来控制步进电机,这就从根本上跳出步进电机细分控制是对相电流控制的限制,实现了全新的脉冲细分控制。 基于以上理论本文以电机控制专用的DSP芯片TMS320LF2407为核心,开发出三相混合式步进电机脉冲细分驱动系统。文中对整个系统的架构及硬件电路和驱动软件的实现都作了详细的介绍,最后通过实验分析验证了此控制方案的可行性。 It is the real time-processing properties of microcontroller, such as the TMS320F240 DSP controller, the development of Stepping Motor manufacturing and all kinds of advanced theories that have resulted in the development of a highly reliable drive with high stepping accuracy and high-power.The relation between hybrid stepping motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor is further analyzed after the presentation of pulse subdivision in this paper. Hybrid stepping motor is similar to permanent magnet synchronous motor in functional principle and it can be considered a permanent magnet synchronous motor in stepping. The advanced control methods widely applied such as Field Oriented Control (FOC) in synchronous motor can also be used in stepping motor. The pulse subdivision and rotor locking can be realized by space vector"s revolving and holding. New control method is obtained from Control at aspect of synchronous motor instead of control of phase currency.A three-phase hybrid stepping motor pulse subdivision driver system based on TMS320LF2407 DSP is designed based on the theory in this paper. System architecture and the design of hardware and software are presented in detail. The control method is testified by experimentation.
