论文标题:CAD平台下装配BOM信息管理的研究与实践 Research & Application on Management of Information of Assembly BOM Based on CAD 论文作者 赵文龙 论文导师 徐宗俊,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 机械制造及其自动化 论文单位 重庆大学,点击次数 82,论文页数 79页File Size1312k 2004-04-15论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_2294912/ CAD;装配;二次开发;BOM;BOM管理 CAD;assembly;secondary development;BOM;BOM management 随着企业信息化技术的发展,出现了各种不同的信息管理系统,通过对这些信息管理系统的进一步研究可以发现:它们无一不把BOM作为其产品信息集成的核心。但这些系统的BOM信息从何而来?通过分析可以发现它们都首先来自CAD中的设计信息。这就要求企业必须把这些信息管理系统与一定的CAD应用软件系统相集成,把CAD中的设计BOM信息集成到信息管理系统中,否则这些信息管理系统将毫无任何实用价值,而几乎所有的产品都是由一定数量的零部件装配而成,因此,对产品装配BOM信息的管理在整个企业BOM管理中占有举足轻重的地位。本论文首先研究了在CAD软件中实现BOM管理的必要性,分析了CAD与BOM管理系统交互的特点和内容,阐述了CAD装配模型的基本特征,在此基础上结合实际需求提出了CAD平台下实现装配BOM信息管理的总体设计方案。然后阐述了BOM管理的基础理论。并以制造业中大量使用的UG作为一个具体的CAD软件实例,深入研究了 UG/Open UIStyler、UG/Open MenuScript和UG/Open API三种UG二次开发方法,并根据前面提出的总体设计方案,提出了一种面向对象的方法来实现UG与BOM管理系统的双向集成,并详细分析了如何通过二次开发来实现这种双向集成以及在UGII平台下如何实现信息编码。接着文中研究了实现装配BOM信息管理的关键实现技术,如装配结构树及其父项的遍历算法、信息编码的实现以及数据库技术的应用。最后,作为对以上研究的验证,本论文作者给出了开发的UG与迈特PDM集成的实例运行描述,就其运行效果和在企业的实施情况来看,本文的研究成果是成功的。同时,本论文提出的总体设计方案能够较好的实现系统性能要求,它具有跨平台特性,能够解决异构环境下的BOM管理问题,而且可以集成多种CAD软件平台。 During the development of enterprises information, many kinds of information management systems have been presented. Further researches on these information management systems reveals that the BOM is unexceptional the essence of information integration about products. But how these BOM information of the systems come into being? Analysis indicates that these BOM information is based on the designing results in CAD system. So it is necessary for enterprises to integrate these information management systems into some CAD systems. Only by this way can we utilize the BOM information in CAD systems, which is of practical significance. Generally, all products are assemblies of many parts, so the management of assembly BOM information about products plays a great role in whole enterprises BOM management. The thesis firstly researches on the importance of BOM management in CAD, and analyzes alternant character and contents between CAD and system of BOM management, and expatiates on basic character of model of CAD assembly, and brings forward general designing project of achieving information management of assembly BOM based on CAD according to anterior analysis and practical requirements.The thesis regards UG as the instance of CAD software, expatiates basic theory about BOM management, and presents three methods of UG secondary development, which are respectively UG/Open UIStyler, UG/Open MenuScript and UG/Open API. The author brings forward a method of object-oriented in order to achieve the integration of UG and system of BOM management and information coding based on UGII on the basis of project of whole designing mentioned above. The thesis also presents key technology for management of assembly BOM, such as traversal algorithm of assembly tree, achievement of information coding and application of database technology.At last,to verify the research described above,the practical examples of programs of UG and MIT PDM are given which are developed by author. The achievements of our research are reliable by analyzing the function of software. Furthermore, project of general designing which is brought forward by author can satisfy the demand of system, it has the characteristic of suiting for different software platform, and has resolved the problem of BOM management of different condition, and has integrated different CAD software.
