本文主要以清前期苏北地区的经济发展为研究对象。清前期苏北地区经济的转换主要发生在由传统的封建社会向半殖民地半封建社会转型时期,其发展的状况代表着这一时期欠发达区域生产力发展的总体特征,但其又有自己鲜明的区域特点。 在清前期苏北的整个经济中,自然经济仍然占据着统治地位,两种经济并存并相互竞争着。小商品经济的模式在渐渐冲破自然经济的束缚,孕育着新生产方式的萌芽。但是中国长期以来的封建农业经济,对于新生产力的出现是起着延缓和阻碍的作用,而且这种影响在过渡到1840年的时候,仍然是非常强大的。 本文首先从历史上苏北经济的发展,政府职能的角度,来看苏北经济的继承性与传统性,然后再从清前期农业、手工业、商业等方面,揭示苏北区域经济发展落后的根源。本文在论述这最主要的写作目的时,不仅是从生产力发展方面,更是从人的主观思想上,来探讨这一主要因素。 本文在写作的过程,也适当地运用一些西方经济学与发展经济学等有关原理与方法,以便更确切地表述这一具有时代特点的社会经济现象。
This text is main to regard the economic development of the north region in Jiangsu in the former of Qing Dynasty as the research object. The conversion of the economy in the north region in Jiangsu during the former of Qing Dynasty is taking place from the traditional feudal society to the period of making the transition of semi-colonial and semi-feudal society mainly, the state of its development represents the total characteristic of undeveloped regional productivity development of this period, but there is its own distinct regional characteristic in it.In the whole economy of the north region in Jiangsu in the former of Qing Dynasty, natural economy is still occupying the dominant position, two kinds of economy coexist and compete with each other. Economic mode in that kind of small merchandise has been breaking through the constraint of natural economy gradually, which is pregnant with the rudiment of the new mode of production. But since Chinese long-term of feudalism agriculture economy had playing a role in delaying and hindering the appearance of new productivity, and this kind of influence remains the very strong one till 1840.Firstly, this text presents the succession and traditional of the economy of the north region in Jiangsu from the economic development of the north region in Jiangsu in history, the angle of the government function.Then, it announces the source of the backward of the economic development of the north region in Jiangsu from the former of Qing Dynasty agriculture, handicraft industry, business...etc. Inquiring the main factor ,this text discuss this motive, not only develop the aspect from the productivity, but also from the person"s subjective thought.At the process that compose, I also make use of some western economics principle and method related to development economics in order to state this social economic phenomenon with era characteristic more precisely.
