随着计算机技术的飞速发展,地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,简称GIS)在各领域得到了广泛的应用,创造了大量的经济价值和社会价值,并将人们的思维观念带入新的领域。 地理信息系统在军事领域的广泛应用使得世界军事的信息化和自动化程度大幅提高,为军事郎署和决策提供了充足、准确、实时的参考信息,成为现代军事发展领域中的重要方面。其中,面向航海的地理信息系统的建立和发展相对于陆地而言具有更高的难度和紧迫性。 本文针对目前国内外现状,讨论了面向航海应用的地理信息系统的关键技术,阐明了其需要重点解决的核心环节,并结合实际提出了新的实现方法或系统改进方案。其主要内容包括以下几个方面: 1.船舶定位技术。 2.基于无人机平台的目标定位技术。 3.航海地理信息系统数据库的建立与数据更新。
Along with the development of the computer technology, Geographic Information System (GIS) is widely used in every field and has made great economic value and social value. It also leads man"s minds into a new field.GIS is widely used in military development. It accelerates the progress of military automatization, and supplies abundant, accurate and real-time info for the military researches and decision-makings. It has become an important aspect in the military development. Comparing with its being used on lands, the setup and development of marine GIS is more difficult and urgent.This paper discusses*the key techniques of marine GIS at domestic and international current situations. It points out the main aspects of the solution and makes lots of improvements. Its main contents are listed as below:1. Ship position techniques.2. Position techniques based on unpiloted-airplane system.3. Establishment and update of database for marine GIS.
