本试验以新台糖22号(T22)为对照,对园林2号、园林3号、园林6号、德蔗93/102、德蔗93/94等5个甘蔗新品种从农艺性状、生理生化特性、工艺性状、品质变化等几个方面进行种性研究。试验结果表明: 1.农艺性状方面:参试品种中萌芽率较高的是德蔗93/94,达58.9%,而园林3号,仅有42.5%;分蘖率较高的是园林2号,较低的是德蔗93/102。整个生育期生长速度较快的品种是园林3号,其次是园林2号,较慢的是德蔗93/102。 2.工艺性状方面:收获时的甘蔗品质分析结果显示,甘蔗蔗糖分最高的品种是新台糖22号,达16.11%,属特高糖品种,除德蔗93/94外其它品种蔗糖分均达15.00%以上,属高糖品种;各品种的蔗汁重力纯度都很高,其中达89.00%以上的品种有新台糖22号、园林2号、园林6号;蔗汁还原糖最低的品种是新台糖22号和园林3号;其次的是德蔗93/94和德蔗93/102;较高的是园林2号和园林6号。 3.生理生化指标方面:叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性、酸性转化酶活性等生理生化指标中,园林3号、园林6号和新台糖22号表现较优,较差的是德蔗93/94和德蔗93/102。 4.抗逆性方面:脯氨酸含量等抗性生理生化指标中,抗旱性综合
Research was done on agronomic, physiological, technical properties and quality deterioration of five new sugarcane varieties : Y2, Y3, Y6, Dz Dz93/102 and Dz Dz93/94 . T22 was taken as the control variety. The results were as followed.1. In agronomic characters: Dz93/94 had the higher budding rate and Y3 had the lower budding rate .Y2 had the higher tillering rate and Dz93/102 had the lower tillering rate. During the whole growth time, Y3 and Y2 grew faster and Dz93/102 was the slower.2. In technical properties: the quality analysis showed T22 and Y6 were of extra high sucrose-content, other varieties content of sucrose were more than 15.00%. All tested varieties had high purity of cane juice. T22 and Y3 had low content of glucose.3. In physiological characters: the indexes of chiorophyll content, NRA activity and acid invertase activity and so on certified that Y3 , Y6 and T22 were excellent ,yet Dz93/94 and Dz93/102 were bad.4. Resistant characters:The indexes of proline content and so on indicated that Y2 and Y3 were high resistant, yet Dz93/94 and
