论文标题:低强度超声对颈动脉粥样斑块影响的实验研究 Research on the Effects of Low-Intensity Ultrasound on the Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque 论文作者 论文导师 李长清,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 神经病学 论文单位 重庆医科大学,点击次数 123,论文页数 57页File Size4619K 论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_2338497/ ultrasound; atherosclerosis; smooth muscle cell; apoptosis; cell proliferation 目的:颈动脉粥样硬化是缺血性脑血管病的重要危险因素和病因,其防治也是研究的重点课题。我们尝试用体外低频低强度超声照射颈动脉粥样硬化模型家兔颈部,观察其对实验性家兔颈动脉粥样斑块的影响和生物学效应以及对家兔脊髓传导功能和组织结构的影响,初步探讨体外低频低强度超声照射颈部作为颈动脉粥样硬化辅助防治手段的可能性及安全性。 方法: 30只健康新西兰家兔,体重3.0~3.5kg,相同喂养条件下高脂饮食加空气干燥法建立颈动脉粥样硬化动物模型,颈动脉彩色多谱勒超声检查确认斑块形成后随机分为对照组(n=6)和超声照射组(n=24),超声照射组又分为4个亚组(每个亚组n=6),分别为A组(超声照射强度0.5w/cm~2,每天照射时间5min,连续20天)、B组(超声照射强度0.5w/cm~2,每天照射时间10min,连续20天)、C组(超声照射强度1.0w/cm~2,每天照射时间5min,连续20天)和D组(超声照射强度1.0w/cm~2,每天照射时间10min,连续20天)。其中B组和D组动物分别于开始超声照射前1天和超声照射第20天行左侧前肢和后肢体感诱发电位(CSEP)检查。超声照射20天后处死所有动物,取颈动脉标本做 Objective: To research the effects of low-intensity ultrasound on the carotid atherosclerotic plaque in rabbit and evaluate the potential usage of ultrasound as an adjunctive treatment of atherosclerosis. Method: Experimental carotid atherosclerotic plaque models were built on 30 new Zealand rabbits. And then, these animals were divided into control group (n=6) and USE group (n=24) randomly. USE group consists of 4 subgroups (group A: 0.5w/cm2, 5min/d; group B: 0.5w/cm~2, 10min/d; group C: 1.0 w/cm~2, 5 min/d; group D: 1.0 w/cm~2, 10min/d; n=6 respectively). Before and after USE, all the animals of group B and group D underwent CSEP examination. On the 20th day of the ultrasound expose procedure, all groups were killed for the research of the pathological change of the cervical atherosclerotic plaque and the intimal thickness(IH), intimal area(IA), media area(MA), internal elastic membrane (IEM)cross section area, intimal area/media area(IA/MA), and stenosis index(IA/IEM) were determined.
