20世纪70年代以来，人类社会进入了以信息技术为中心的高技术蓬勃发展的新时期。高技术的科研成果不断地向现实生产力转化，推动了社会经济领域的一场空前革命。知识增长、技术创新已经成为世界各国现代社会经济发展的最强大的驱动力。自1912年约瑟夫·熊彼特首次提出“创新”概念以来，有关技术创新的理论研究取得了许多成果，但理论界一直把研究的目光止于经济价值的层面上，大家取得的共识是：检验技术创新成功的标志是产品在市场上首次实现其商业价值。随着技术创新理论的发展和创新实践的深入，产生了系列与之相关的直接或间接不良后果，譬如：环境破坏、生态失衡、无序竞争以及贫富差距拉大等众多自然生态问题和社会生态问题，引起了全球关注。这些问题的产生是技术创新理论自身缺陷所造成的，传统的技术创新理论没把技术创新放到人与自然生态环境的相互依存关系中去探讨，看不到技术创新创造生态价值的可能性。本文正是从这种缺陷出发，重新审视传统技术创新观，正视克服其研究的生态缺陷，以马克思主义哲学、自然辩证法为指南，借鉴发达国家有关技术创新理论的最新研究成果，实现技术创新的生态化转向；并立足技术创新生态化与可持续发展的关系，树立一种全新的技术创新观，针对我国可持续发展的现状，提出六个方面的对策，促进我国经济发展与生态平衡协调，走可持续发展的道路。
Since 1970" ,the world has entered the new particular period of vigorous development of high science and technology art that takes the information technology as the center. The scientific research achievements of the high technology direction reality productive forces constantly change, and have pushed forward the all in vain preceding revolution of society economy domain. The knowledge increases, and the technology are innovating to become the biggest and the most powerful drive that the world each country modernize society economy was developed power. Since from 1912, Yuese bear Peter for the first time puts forward "innovations" generally to read, many achievements has been gained in theory research about the technological renovation, but theory circle is stopped the sight of research on the plane of economic value continuously, and the common understanding that everybody gained is: Testing the successful mark of technological renovation is that the product is realized his commerce value at the degree at market seat of honor. The development of innovation theory the going deep into with innovating the practice along with the technology has given rise to series and correlation the directly or view harmfully consequence. For example: Multitudinous natural ecology problem and society ecology problems such as the environment destruction and ecology is lost violently and the disorder is competed as weh1 as poor rich gap brings up etc have caused that concern in the whole world. It is technological renovation theory self defect creates that these problems are given rise to, and the inquirement is not innovate the technology to put to the interdependence relation with the natural ecology environment of person to go to the technological renovation theory of tradition , and can not see the possibility of technological renovation create ecology value. This text is being from the inadequate depart of this kind of defect, closely reads traditional technology again innovating and sees, and faces squarely the ecology defect to surmount his research, and takes Marxism philosophy and natural dialectical logic law, and uses for reference the newest research achievements of concerned technological renovation theory of advanced country, and realizes the ecologyiza-tion veer of technological renovation as the guide. The sufficient technological renovation ecologyiza-tion existed side by side is with going on the relation developed, and sets up one kind of completely new technology innovating and sees, and can go on the present situation developed be dead against our country, and put forward six modification countermeasures of aspect, and promotes our country economy development and ecological balance coordination, and walks to go on the road of development.
