Here the most important reason is that people don"t understand the true meaning of enterprise culture and also don"t recognize the key roll of the enterprise culture in market competition.This paper studies and illustrates the important roll of the construction and making innovation of enterprise culture to the survival and improvement of enterprises in current market competition by utilized the theories of enterprise culture and market competition and combined with some actual examples, and makes a thorough study of the mutual relations between the enterprise culture and market competition, systematically and overall analyzes their mutual effectual mode, thus sticking out the trend of the fusion of enterprise culture and competitive capacity , showing the importance and strategic status of constructing and making innovation of enterprise culture in current intense market competition, thereby makes the enterprises recognize it"s necessary to regard the enterprise culture as a important strategy.In the new situation, in order to keep up with the step of the knowledge economy and fit for the need of the era, enterprises must adjust their own developmental strategy; make science & technology as forerunner; make culture as powerful backing; lay stress on their own science& technology development and culture construction, unify the two organically. The enterprises who want to got improvement who want to possess unconquerable power, must enhance enterprise culture construction. Build and construct modern enterprise culture; cultivate and develop knowledge economy, really are critical operating tactics in today"s market competition.
