明代社会保障是中国古代社会保障的大发展时期。它在特定的社会历史条件下发展,形成了一套完整的体系。一方面得益于前面历代政府在社会保障上的成功实践;另一方面得益于明代经济的发展。经济的发展使得财富下移,社会保障得以大范围的开展。经过海内外学者的不懈研究。关于明代社会保障的研究已取得了一定的成就,发表的论文有若干篇。也有一些关于这方面的专著。如:梁其姿的《施善与教化》就是对明清之际同善会状况的详细研究。但纵观整个研究现状,学者们都是从一个方面去谈明代社会保障,对明代社会保障没形成系统研究。本文试图从整体出发,研究明代社会保障的整体情况,使读者能对明代社会保障有一个完整的了解.全文分为四个部分。 第一部分回顾了中国古代社会保障的思想基础及历史实践,以助于我们了解明代社会保障形成的基础。 第二部分从荒政、养老、抚恤和社会优抚方面分别讲述明朝政府在社会保障的成就。这一部分重点讲述了明代的荒政建设。 第三部分论述明代社会保障在民间互助、民间慈善方面取得的突出成就及能取得这些成就的原因。 第四部分重点分析了明代有效的物资筹集对明代社会保障的作用,揭示了明代社会保障能取得重大发展的深层经济原因。 本文借鉴前人的研究成果,试图把理论与实践相结合的研究方法运用于本文的研究中,探讨明代社会保障在现代社会保障中的现实意义。
The Ming Dynasty is a great develop time in ancient China society system. One side,it profit from the general relation government successful practice in the society. The other side,it profit from the econonic development of the Ming Dynasty which make the fortune and keepthe society security developing in a big area. Through in and out of the country scholar several years hard research ,there is a certain accomplishment on the research of the MDSS, and published tens if articles. Viewing the whole research statue vertically , all of the scholar discuss the content of the MDSS in one part , but no one form the study system. The article try start on the whole to study theMDSS concretely instance ane make the reader have a whole understand. The article divided into four parts .The first part have taken a retrospect on MDSS of the ancient China" s minds and the historical practice before the Ming Dynasty and also easablished the historical foundation of the MDSS.The second part narrate MDSS of the Ming government achievement from four points which is pay no attention to the politics, support the older people , comfort and compensate .This part is the focuss of the whole article.The third part narrate the outstanding achievement of the MDSS on the civilian chatity and the reason.Thefourth part to lay stress on analyzing the effect of the Ming consummate society security material prepare for its society security , and opened out a deepen economic reason that MDSS can obtain so great development.
