20世纪80年代,发展中国家相继实现了民主政治转型,政治发展、政治转型研究再度成为政治学界的热门课题。90年代初,俄罗斯走上了政治转型道路,特殊的历史背景和现实环境使之形成了独特的政治转型模式。本文试以“委任民主”作为研究俄罗斯政治转型的切入点,通过对俄罗斯政治转型模式的结果、原因及发展的分析,探讨政治转型理论及其研究视角的发展与变革。 全文共分四部分:第一部分,从三个层次说明俄罗斯政治转型的研究视角。第二部分,对俄罗斯政治转型模式的结果进行分析。第三部分,探讨了这种结果形成的原因。第四部分是俄罗斯政治转型的走向以及启示。本文的新意在于将政治转型理论及其研究方法与国别研究结合起来,采用个案研究的方法以俄罗斯政治转型为例,以转型结果为视角,做出了国别政治转型研究的新尝试;同时从俄罗斯的社会结构、历史文化和政策选择发出,对影响俄罗斯政治转型模式形成和发展的各种原因进行了政治学的分析。在政治转型的大背景下试图在民主与非民主之间探索一条俄罗斯政治转型的独特道路,为政治转型的研究视角提供理论与实践上的经验借鉴。
In the 1980s,developing countries realized the transition of politics one by one.The study on political development and political transition became the hot issue again. In the early 1990s,Russia began its political transition under delegative democracy which came from its political historical background and actual situation.The thesis investigates the model of Russian political transition from a perspective of delegative democracy through analyzing the formation of delegative democracy,its reason and development,the author explores political transition theory and the develop of its research perspective. The thesis is divided into four Parts:Part 1 is the analysis on the research perspective of Russian political transition from three levels.Part 2 is the analysis on the result of Russian political transition form perspective of“delegative democracy”. Part 3 is the analysis on the cause of“delegative democracy”.Part 4 is the analysis of the development of Russian political transition and its enlightenment.The features of this thesis lines in,First,combining the theory of political transition and its research perspective with case study of Russian political transition,try to find a new approach to country political transition.Second,analyzing factors that influence the formation and development of Russian political transition from social structure,history background and choice of policy.Third,analyzing“delegative democracy”under the general background of political transition in order to find a special way between democracy and none democracy for Russian transition to provide research perspective of political trasition for reference theorically and practically.
