论文标题:高等学校毕业生就业权问题研究 Research on Graduates" Employment Rights 论文作者 论文导师 孟繁超,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 马克思主义理论与思想政治教育 论文单位 南京航空航天大学,点击次数 80,论文页数 58页File Size523K 2007-03-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_260469712/ Graduates;; Employment Right;; Employment Discrimination;; Employment Deceit;; Guarantee 就业是民生之本,没有就业就没有生存权和发展权。高等学校毕业生是我国社会主义现代化建设的宝贵人才资源,充分保障高等学校毕业生就业权是落实科教兴国战略的重要措施之一。随着近年来高等教育改革不断深入,中国高校扩招的步伐越迈越大,高等学校毕业生数量逐年增加,高校毕业生的就业问题已成为社会关注的焦点之一。毕业生就业不仅关系到个人前途和自身价值的实现,而且关系到社会经济发展和社会稳定。在新的形势下,如何维护高等学校毕业生就业权是摆在政府相关部门、高校、毕业生面前的一个重要课题。 本文综合运用法学、高等教育学、经济学、社会学和管理学等学科知识,首先对我国高等学校毕业生就业权实现过程中存在的问题进行了系统客观的分析与全面深入的研究,创造性地提出“高等学校毕业生就业权”的概念,接着剖析了高等学校毕业生就业权实现的现状,并全面分析了制约高等学校毕业生就业权实现的若干影响因素,最后在借鉴各国成功经验的基础上,结合我国的具体国情,提出了一些有针对性的政策建议,从而构建出我国高等学校毕业生就业权的保障体系。 Employment is the basis of people’s livelihood, without which no one can sustain or develop. College graduates are precious human resources in our modern socialist construction, and ensuring the adequate guarantee of graduate students’employment rights is one of the crucial measures to implement the strategy of developing our country by relying on science and education. In recent years, with the unceasing reform and expanse of enrollment of higher education in colleges, the total number of college graduates increases year by year. The employment problem of graduates has become one of the focuses that the whole society concerns. The employment of graduates concerns not only the individual prospect and the realization of personal value but also the development of economy and social stability. Under the new situation, how to ensure the guarantee of graduate students’employment rights has become an important issue that correlative departments of the government as well as colleges, universities and graduates have to confront. This thesis mainly focuses on the problems of graduates’employment rights. Firstly it probes into many potential factors that block the realization of the employment rights of graduates by synthetically utilizing knowledge of legal science, higher pedagogy, economics, sociology and management science. In this thesis, I put forward the concept of graduates’employment rights creatively. Then the article analyzes the status quo of the realization of the employment rights among graduates, and it inquires into factors that restrict the realization of employment rights. Finally, upon the basis of drawing lessons from successful methods of foreign countries and according to the actual conditions of our country, some effective suggestion and solutions are put forward to build Chinese guarantee system of graduate students’employment rights.
