On the basis of literature research, through making investigation and analyzing cases, the text has explored the development which is based on school-based teachers training for high school biology teacher under the new-curriculum. The paper is divided into five parts as follows. In the first three parts , it mainly talks about school-based teacher training in domestic and foreign development situation. On one hand, it is in light of a better reference model for domestic school-based teacher training ; on the other hand, it analyses relevant literature referring to national school-based teacher training. It also summaries the theoretical foundation on the school-based teacher training and put forward the importance of the school-based teacher training of high school biology teachers under the new course idea. In part four , it presents investigation and study and questionnaires, also interviews and existent problems and some other forms which have been carried out in some schools in Guangzhou, Heyuan, Huizhou etc. In the meantime, the suggestions are put forward and the cases are prepared on the basis of the results of the investigation. Huiyang Senior Middle School was chosen as this experimental target. The problems that existed in the document has been also taken into consideration. The conclusion of the research and developing direction and follow-up work are enclosed in the last one parts. They mainly summarize the research work through the full text and lead to the direction of further studies.
