本文以新课程改革为研究背景,以高中生物教师的校本培训为研究对象,在文献研究的基础上,通过调查研究、个案实践的方式,对新课程高中生物教师校本培训的开展进行了探索。 论文分为五部分: 前三部分是文献研究。一方面借鉴国外教师校本培训的发展历史及发展现状,为我国教师校本培训的实施提供理想的参照。另一方面梳理国内关于教师校本培训的相关文献,总结校本培训的理论基础,提出实施新课程理念下的高中生物教师校本培训的重要意义。 第四部分主要依凭调查研究,利用问卷、访谈等形式考察了广州市、河源市、惠州市等地高中生物教师校本培训的现状、存在问题并提出建议。同时根据调查结果拟出个案,选取惠州惠阳高级中学进行了新课程高中生物教师校本培训实践,并对个案实施中存在的问题进行了反思。 第五部分是研究结论和研究的发展方向及后续工作。主要对全文的研究进行了总结,并提出了未来进一步研究的方向。
The New Curricula Reform referred to in the text presents the study background and school-based teacher training of high school biology teachers as the research target. On the basis of literature research, through making investigation and analyzing cases, the text has explored the development which is based on school-based teachers training for high school biology teacher under the new-curriculum. The paper is divided into five parts as follows. In the first three parts , it mainly talks about school-based teacher training in domestic and foreign development situation. On one hand, it is in light of a better reference model for domestic school-based teacher training ; on the other hand, it analyses relevant literature referring to national school-based teacher training. It also summaries the theoretical foundation on the school-based teacher training and put forward the importance of the school-based teacher training of high school biology teachers under the new course idea. In part four , it presents investigation and study and questionnaires, also interviews and existent problems and some other forms which have been carried out in some schools in Guangzhou, Heyuan, Huizhou etc. In the meantime, the suggestions are put forward and the cases are prepared on the basis of the results of the investigation. Huiyang Senior Middle School was chosen as this experimental target. The problems that existed in the document has been also taken into consideration. The conclusion of the research and developing direction and follow-up work are enclosed in the last one parts. They mainly summarize the research work through the full text and lead to the direction of further studies.
